For the actual moving, they were INSANELY fast, and we were ahead of schedule the whole time. Genuinely moving at the speed of light. We were in and out of my old place in 40 minutes (granted, that depends on the amount of stuff). Romy was super nice, very reassuring, and all of them helped me move the extra stuff from my car as well. All my more delicate furniture was wrapped nicely and moved carefully. Overall, I went into this with a lot of stress beforehand, but was left feeling reassured and pretty calm. No complaints, would hire again!

Before our move, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with a rep named Gavin, going through the measurements of all of my furniture and various passageways. He assured me everything would go completely smoothly. Their claims department offered me $150 as compensation, even with more than $8000 worth of estimates/receipts from contractors and handymen. Crazy and dishonest. Have had great experiences with other moving companies in the area. Go with Piece of Cake or White Glove.

They were incredibly efficient, fast, strong, and hardworking, yet still handled all of our belongings with great care. We moved an entire house and even had a second location with additional items, and they handled everything seamlessly. Throughout a long day of moving, they never once complained and were always polite, professional, and positive. Moving is stressful, but this team made the entire process so much easier. We truly couldn't have asked for a better crew. If you're looking for reliable, hardworking movers who treat your belongings with respect, I highly recommend Junior, Martin, and William!

I was very impressed!…read moreI probably sent about 6 requests for quote out to different companies and Lynn at Express Haulers was the first to call me within a minute of sending the request, and the only one persistently following up with me. I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback. As somebody running a business myself and working with business owners, I really appreciate how they run their business, the efficiency, the flexibility and the care. Will recommend them to anybody in my network who needs moving services.

Before calling for estimates we tried packing our own kitchen-ware, small appliances, closets, artwork, etc., but soon gave up and called three companies for an estimate. After two other bidders had come, Mike Federico, the Freedom rep was so much more professional and knowledgeable in outlining the process and costs and giving references. After calling two references and checking online references we signed with Mike. On moving day the clean, well-dressed crew was a whirlwind setting up the boxes, packing the china and breakables in bubble wrap, cutting up boxes to protect our paintings, bubble wrapping lamps and putting them in heavy cardboard boxes and essentially taking the job out of our slow and inefficient hands and getting a big job done in six hours. They didn't waste time gabbing and moving big heavy furniture was like a well-choreographed dance. Not only were we extremely pleased but they saved us $4,250 in storage charges! I seem to recall Mike saying they are a third-generation company so it's not their first rodeo. When they moved everything into our new home it was a different crew but just as well-trained and efficient as the first. Like I said, "White Glove"!

They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. We've had movers in the past who rushed, cut corners, and ended up damaging things, so I would much rather have a team take a little longer and be careful with our stuff.
