Delicious elote, flavorful birria ramen, and amazing tacos! Casual atmosphere, kind staff, and very reasonable prices. Everything we ordered was a win!

Amazing food & drinks! This is a must for anyone wanting a relaxed environment and great food. My favorites are the Cabron Margarita & Quesabirria!!!!

Great spot to stop by after a night out at the club or bar. The tacos and Mexican food are honestly a bit overpriced, but the service is quick and friendly. I loved how spacious the place is, and the sauce bar is a huge plus. They do have a potato dish, but surprisingly no French fries. Street parking and there was a parking lot near by.

all i can say is YUM. this place might not look like much from the outside, but the food is absolutely amazing, and the drinks are good too. fast-casual service, which is nice for lunchtime.

I have been here once before and it was amazing! Everything we tried was on point, the service was excellent and so was the vibe. I ordered take out again last weekend...and it was just not great. The chicken taco left a lot to be desired and so did the sirloin taco. Both were flavorless honestly. The ribeye one was better but still nothing great. The salsa bar is the highlight of the meal. I will go again to try them out on site instead of to go

This Mexican eatery was featured on IG or TikTok (forgot where I saw it), so I thought it would be interesting to try. You order first and pay, then with your number, you find a table. You have to remember to ask for water when you order. Utensils and straws are not at the register but in the middle of the store. They have bathrooms in the back. Parking in this area is hard to find if you want a free spot. Most street parking spots are metered. It's better to Uber here and walk around. What to eat here: quesabirria with flour tortilla. You need at least two to be satisfied. The other tacos are an easy pass. The cocktail drinks look pretty and all, but they didn't taste good. This was too bad because I wanted to have a good time here.

Great tacos, skip torchy's and come down the block. As a San Diego transplant I can say these can stand toe to toe with a TJ taco.

We were vacationing in Denver and went out one night to the downtown area. After the lounge we came across this spot on our walk back to the car and wow I am glad we went in. First when you walk in the vibes are very lively. They even have a full bar. The person taking our order gave us great recommendations. The tacos came plain and there was a little add ons area where you could select as many toppings as you wanted. I can't remember exactly what everyone ordered but just take a look at these pics. You really couldn't go wrong with anything there. We all had a variety of items and they were all absolutely delicious. My pick and fave was the Birria taco. It was def chef's kiss!

Grabbed dinner with a friend here and I gotta say, it was delicious. Super casual atmosphere, but I'm sure it gets wild at night especially on a weekend. I thought it was a full sit down with server but instead you order at the counter and then it gets delivered to your table, which I liked. Tacos come with just the meat and then you head over to the salsa bar to add your favorite toppings like cilantro, onion and salsa! The esquite was 10/10 and worth a try. Mezcal was very good, and would definitely come back.

Birria Taco

Same bland small portions. And now the ludicrously little weak margaritas are $11 instead of $10.

We had the green chile plate and the five taco platter with bison and lengua, with guacamole on top. My only quibble is that the bison needed more seasoning, it was a bit gamey like hamburger meat. The guac serving was generous and the corn tortillas were good. The chile was the best version of this dish that I've had. The staff were extremely attentive and kept our water full in the 90 degree heat. Food came out super fast. Price was very reasonable for the area.

Looking at taco places, I went with something close by to our location and found this hidden gem. Nestled away on a small street corner of Clay Street and 32nd Ave. parking can be scarce, but I'm sure with the right time and a little bit of walking you will find and manage your way here. Outside the restaurant, they have a small seating area which now is winter too cold to enjoy, but I'm sure in the spring and summer and fall time is super enjoyable. The inside, though a little bit tiny and no cozier than going to your mom's house and expecting a family Filled living room/Kitchen. We went down and greeted by three smiling faces. We already looked at the photos online and knew we want tacos so opted with the chicken tacos and Carne Asada taco plates. The tacos place option came with 5 tacos with up to 2 choices of meats the ratio would be 2:3 .. freshly mashed guacamole made in front of you or freshly sliced avocado.. In the pictures I listed you will find each chicken and Carne Asada options. Both slow pictures missing two tacos because we devoured them as soon as we got into the truck. Their street tacos are heavenly! Chicken option was all chicken breast super juicy grilled to perfection five tacos on a plate another two tacos missing because my husband and I devoured it. This plate came we asked it with the guacamole option instead of fresh avocado. The carne asada was just FULL of flavor and the fresh avocado slices with green tomatillo salsa SLAPPED.. the tortillas are super soft and tears from how fresh the flour tortillas were!! Definitely a place to sit and eat there to enjoy the hot food. I'm originally from SoCal and a heavily populated Latinos with amazing tacos and food.. Taqueria La Familia passed the bar high!! We can't wait to come back and try other options and will update pictures and review then!

Service is top notch and our Friday night here was met with explanations of menu items, drink recommendations and even food recommendations. Our waitress kept an eye on our table even when the happy hour and evening crew started filling the place. My ground beef enchiladas were really good but the leftovers really shined! The flavors set in nicely and reminded me of the wonderful time the previous night. I would certainly return!

Hubs and I dropped in for HH and an early dinner on Saturday (since PP continues the everyday HH tradition) and started off with the house margs and chips and salsa. The chips could be a tad salty with the seasoning added, but I still gobbled them up. The creamy green salsa is delicious! The margs are really tasty too and we had another round! We also tried the carne asada and pastor torta sliders (carne asada is better- but I don't know that I'd get either one again), the pastor tacos (very good!), the elote corn dip (delicious), and the nachos with carne asada. Their carne asada is quite tasty and the nachos had a fair amount of toppings for HH. I'd definitely return here for more HH and other treats.

I grabbed a seat at the bar where the bartender was friendly and engaging. On a recent Wednesday at 7:15, the restaurant was packed. When I left around 8:30, it was still busy. That's usually the best review a restaurant can get. Loyal customers don't keep coming back out of habit. They come back because it feels like home. The all-day happy hour margarita for $9 certainly doesn't hurt. The second one arrives before you've had time to argue yourself out of it. I ordered the enchiladas with carne asada and their house mole. If you're expecting one of those intensely complex moles with enough ingredients to fill a pantry, this isn't that. Adelitas' version is comforting, approachable, and deeply homey. It tastes less like a culinary experiment and more like something your abuela has been making for decades. The carne asada was tender, the rice and beans were exactly what they should be, and every bite reminded me why comfort food never goes out of style. Before leaving, I made the smartest decision of the evening. Tres leches to go. I devoured it later at home while Netflix asked if I was still watching. The cake somehow manages to be light while completely satisfying. Don't skip it. Better yet, don't pretend you're saving it for tomorrow. Adelitas isn't trying to impress you. It's trying to feed you well, welcome you warmly, and send you home happier than when you arrived. Whether your abuela was Mexican...or Greek...you'll understand exactly what they're serving here.
