Dan and Kyle stayed well past closing time to get it off -they didn't make excuses, didn't tell me to come back another day, and didn't give up! They worked on the problem until it was solved && then replaced my filter with a brand new metal one so this won't happen to me again. customer service was top notch - not only were they were prompt + courteous but they were also genuinely invested in solving my problem. From a technical skill perspective, they knew exactly what to do and executed under pressure. I drove out happy, and I'll definitely be driving back! I sure like this Valvoline much better than the New Braunfels where I used to go but a little too far for me. Look them up on yelp and there's a couple of coupons. I think the wait was about 15-20 mins? Really wasn't bad, I just fiddled with my phone and sat in my car. The actual inspection was also pretty fast, like 10 mins or maybe even a bit less. I appreciated the efficiency. Of note they do charge a 3% credit card fee. A lot of places do that nowadays, but that was really the only "surprise." They also offer a basic inspection ($12, basics to renew car reg) or a more thorough one for $18 where they check your wipers and lights etc.

Buddhist garage requested that I bring my vehicle in, in order for them to give me an accurate quote . This was a bit of an inconvenience because I live on the opposite side of town and my work schedule is extremely hectic, but it was worth it. They were able to actually physically look at my vehicle and see what was needed in order to give me a more accurate quote. Turns out my rear brakes are completely fine! It was my sensor that was off, which was $35 to replace. And they only charged me 780.$ for all the work. As a female it is extremely difficult to go into shops and not get screwed over and take advantage of. My sister has been taking her vehicle here for years. I took one of my vehicles here years ago and I will continue to use this garage for all of my automotive repairs. I highly recommend it. They are completely honest, and despite the fact that I was late this morning(I don't recommend that it but it was unavoidable), they understood and still got me out in a timely manner.
