That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing. The detailing itself was top shelf - more than five stars - but what really stayed with me was Roberto's attitude: always a big, reassuring smile on his face, coupled with hard work, professionalism and the kindness of a righteous human being. Getting off my soapbox just to add that booking and paying for the service was easy and took a handful of minutes. Thank you, Richard!

The price however should be adjusted accordingly depending if the vehicle is too dirty or not. In my case the car is kept in the garage 90% of the time and has a full cover on it all the time and it never gets dirty so $95 for a clean car that essentially just needed a quick wash seems a bit overpriced. But I definitely recommend them as you won't regret the results! I would do business in the future!

Sean addressed concerns I had with some scuffs/chips on my new car. Was originally going to do just a paint correction, but ended adding on a full ceramic coat + standard ppf on the front. Was able to get a steep discount on the ceramic as I got the ppf, which was really nice. Figured if I'm gonna repair the paint, might as well add protection! Sean gave me a realistic timeframe and delivered right on time - no delays. The stang is looking fantastic again. Can't thank yall enough! Highly recommend coming here for paint correction/ceramic/ppf install

Small complaint is the staining on one of the back seats. Seems it could have been cleaned better. However, it was pretty icky to start with. This appointment was super easy! Incredible attention to detail. Better results than the 'luxury' shops for a much better price…read more I recently brought my SUV to Jim at **Perfection Auto Detailing** on South Congress (right near Hill's Cafe), and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have two kids, so even though I try to keep the car tidy, it inevitably ends up with the usual signs of family life--crumbs in the crevices, sticky fingerprints on the doors, and plenty of dust. It wasn't in terrible shape, but it definitely felt "lived in" and was overdue for a serious reset. Jim did an absolutely phenomenal job. He is clearly an "old-school" professional who takes a lot of pride in his craft. He didn't just wipe it down; he meticulously detailed every inch. When I picked it up, the interior felt crisp and brand new again. The leather was perfectly conditioned (not greasy), and he managed to get all those tricky spots around the seats that are usually impossible to reach. What really impressed me was the value. I have paid significantly more at other "high-end" detailing shops in Austin and received less attention to detail. Jim treats your vehicle like it's his own, and his pricing is incredibly fair for the level of work he puts in. If you are looking for an honest expert who will make your car look showroom-ready again without the markup of the big franchise shops, Jim is your guy. Highly recommended.
