That was Roberto from Sponges today. I had hired Sponges because I'm selling two cars immediately. I needed both of them to look showroom-ready for online sale "beauty" photos. Roberto showed up this morning exactly when promised... on Memorial Day... and worked for seven straight hours. Near the end, one of the car batteries drained because the doors had been open for hours during detailing. The detailing itself was top shelf - more than five stars - but what really stayed with me was Roberto's attitude: always a big, reassuring smile on his face, coupled with hard work, professionalism and the kindness of a righteous human being. My windows were my biggest concern!!! I could barely see through them! Now, they are so clean that they are invisible!!! The inside is beautiful!!!!! Looks brand new! Small complaint is the staining on one of the back seats. Seems it could have been cleaned better. However, it was pretty icky to start with. This appointment was super easy! He is clearly an "old-school" professional who takes a lot of pride in his craft. He didn't just wipe it down; he meticulously detailed every inch. When I picked it up, the interior felt crisp and brand new again. The leather was perfectly conditioned (not greasy), and he managed to get all those tricky spots around the seats that are usually impossible to reach. What really impressed me was the value.
