Even though it was quite a disgusting sight (and smell), he tackled the project without hesitation, and even had a smile the whole time. Genuinely very pleased with the work, especially for the price (though after seeing how long it took we decided to tip much more). It currently looks and smells great, though we'll have to keep an eye out to see if any mold comes back. Definitely going to call Kenneth next time we need detailing!

Mason was kind and professional, showed up early, and got the job done in a thorough and incredible manner - it looks like it just rolled out of the shop! Not a bad price for what you get either, lots of options and add ons to make it suit your cost and car needs.

When I verified he would still be doing the whole thing he said yes of course. When I checked my car later there was still sticky stuff on the radio screen, half eaten donut in the back seat, under the passenger seat had not been vacuumed, stains on the back of the front seats, and so much more. I called him back and took pictures and he told me my car looked like trash when I brought it in, of course it does, that is why I am paying $120 just for the inside to be clean. He set up two appointments to come fix what hadn't been done and bailed on both of them, no text or call. Matter of fact when I tried reaching out he didn't answer my text or calls. If you want horrible customer service that only cares about your money, this is the place for you. As to your comment: here are pictures proving otherwise on me cancelling and you showing up late. Also here are pictures of you being unpleasant to work with.

This company is top notch! Let me explain:…read more I found out recently that I was going to have to trade in my car. It's a long story. I scheduled an appraisal at a dealership but was forgetting one small detail. My car needed to be detailed! It was filthy. My 80lb doberman, moving, and iced coffee spills are just a few of the things causing a huge stench in my car. So I searched and found this small mobile company, hoping for a good price and a decent job. When I contacted Nice Detail I explained my situation and was given a great quote! I thought, this is too good of a price for 1. Not having to drive anywhere since they are mobile. 2. This is water-less? How is that even possible? AND 3. How DIRTY my car was. I feel like I did when I drove my car off the dealership lot. It's spotless! A true detail that was worked hard on in the parking lot of my job, without water. My carpets & seats were shampooed, my console & dashboard are like NEW looking, and my baby is SHINING. Can I just add that at the end of the detailing being done, I found out I didn't have to trade in my car -- I got a brand new looking car that I get to keep. So ecstatic. Thank you Chauncy w/ Nice Detail! You rock!

Miguel is great hard working guy who gives more than 100 percent to the job.. Initially , when he started working the generator was not working.. He apologized professionally and promised to come back once it was fixed. The detailing he did on the car was incredible. There was a coffee stain at the back seat which is no more now. After working for more than 3 hours he even offered a discount because of the generator issue ( which was not his fault) . I am deeply impressed by the work and the price point. I called a lot of detailing companies and Miguel price was less than 50 percent than the nearest competitor. The best thing was that I did not had to go to shop. The detailing was done in my parking garbage while I was sipping beer in my comfortable home Highly recommend Miguel services !!!!

I'm shocked at how bad my experience was at Ceasar's. Called and shared it was an older truck that…read moreneeded some love and was told $220 for full detail - seemed pricey but I assumed they must be worth it since so many nice cars when I drive by. Took three days to get appointment because he said he had "so many member cars" - so I dropped it off at Friday AM and they voluntarily told me repeatedly it would be ready that day. By end of day - no call - so I rang and asked the status. Said he'd finish it in the AM and sorry he had not called but that again he had "so many members" drop off that he had to push me off. No prob - I'm patient and it's a second car. Now here comes the good part: I show up and was told it's is $240 not $220 as quoted - because "it's a truck". Ok, I thought - I'll just roll with it because I knew it was older and needed the extra love and I'm just not someone to short change a hard job. As I start walking through the job and notice the smudges of sticky stuff I specifically asked to get off are still there. She goes back to get a rag and must have rolled her eyes at the boss/owner who was cleaning another car. He says to her (presuming I can't hear?) "it's an old truck, it's not going to be a new car!". I obviously hear and try as kindly as possible to say - "I understand it's an old truck and I'm not expecting perfection, but I just paid $240 to detail it and the sticky stuff is 3 days old and should come off". His response - "I'm just telling her to do her best and that it might not come off. Don't get fussy!" WTF - did the owner of a detail business that charges a premium just tell a woman to not get "fussy"....about removable spots on a car that is being detailed?!?! Why, YES, he did. The young woman gets a rag and puts some modest elbow grease on it and, voila, sticky stuff comes of....with water. No big deal. So then I point out that the truck bed is still dirty (see picture) and I'm told "we don't really do truck beds so we did the best we can". I'm confused...didn't I just pay $20 more than quoted because "it's a truck"?! So apparently you pay for being a truck but don't deserve an even modestly cleaned TRUCK bed?! I thought about complaining further but with the complete lack of attention to "detail", condescending owner, and ridiculously low quality of work for the price - I decided I'll just leave and never go there again....and make sure my neighbors know about the experience! Trust me - I could have gotten myself very worked up about this. I thought about driving back to demand a better job, but something tells me it wouldn't make a damn difference. The owner acts like he's got a cornered market in Tarrytown and the plethora of "member with nice cars that keep him from servicing ordinary people like me who just get in the way. Guess he doesn't realize I've lived here for 20 years and our other cars are BMW and a Range Rover - that we will be getting washed at FinishLine in WestLake because they charge less, deliver more, and show basic courtesy to their customers!
