Insanely good food actually ! Presentation looked good ! Customer service was spot on . Super chill very informative. Very relaxing spot! The coffee 9.3/10 just the right amount of everything the churro latte is not too sweet not too milky and actually taste like churro ! Amazing spot ! Highly recommend!

Cool coffee shop to stop by around carbon canyon, as it's motorcycle and retro themed! They definitely care about their coffee and took their time perfecting their pour over. The coffee was good and not bitter. I didn't get to try but I heard they make some of their flavors or syrup in-house.

I passed by this place about a year ago and decided I wanted to try it. A year later I finally have. It's cute and the ambiance is so lovely. If you sit outside you hear all the wildlife in carbon canyon as you sip your coffee. The food itself is really nice and feels like home. The service is great and the people are really friendly. I wish I actually stopped by a year ago and made this my regular spot. I love it.

Churro latte with a breakfast sandwich

All these years and I finally come in to visit Carbon Canyon Coffee. I ordered a churro latte and a breakfast sandwich. Churro latter was very flavorful with just the amount of extra kick (caffeine) needed. The breakfast sandwich comes with egg, cheese, & bacon on your choice of bread. You can add avocado if you like. Perfect breakfast to start my day. Inside had the very chill relaxing ambiance. A few old style motorcycles and throw back decor. Come support Carbon Canyon Coffee.

It was hot today and the smoothie was perfect and refreshing. Really love the service and the spot and the view.

Finally got the chance to try this coffee shop after years of driving by! We got the carbon canyon mocha and horchata latte. Great service and nice people! We got the chance to try some of the Kyoto cold brew, from two people that don't drink much black coffee, very tasty! Excited to return and try some of their food c:

Stopped by this morning for coffee and as usual, the service was great. This coffee shop is always clean, has a great ambience, tasty food and drinks and attentive service. I was waiting for some food to go and they start playing 90's R&B. I felt like a 14 year old girl all over while enjoying my coffee and muffin. Thank you CarbonCanyon Coffee for giving me such a wonderful start to my day!

Olinda Burger $13 no bacon but it's yummy with the 2 patties, cheese, onion ring, grilled onions, bbq sauce and mayo $13

Went on a Saturday motorcycle ride to Big Bear Lake and on the way I decided to have lunch at Carbon Canyon Coffee. Ordered the Olinda Burger $13 & a Coke $2.50, I didn't have bacon in it and it was a tasty burger with 2 patties, sauteed onions, onion ring, bbq sauce and mayo. Service was friendly leaving a $2 tip after I ordered and wasn't busy so a guy served it to my table instead of calling out my name. I like the motorcycle theme it has on the inside with plenty of outside seating. My nice go to place if I'm riding thru the area.

Food-3 Service-1 Ambiance-3 Kind of a cool vibe; olde time gas station meets country coffee shop. Breakfast was meh, they didn't seem to have their shi* together. The food is just an afterthought, and an additional source of revenue without much effort. They accidentally gave our food away (TWICE) to people that came after us. Thirty five minutes wait for a breakfast sandwich that was only passable.

I'm usually a creamer with coffee dude but with this coffee it's just coffee with oat milk and it's delicious. No complaints here.

Loved coming here during the COVID times, beautiful and serene location in a canyon pass! The theme of motorcycle biker and hipster Kyoto drip coffee machine creates a cool retro and chilled basement vibe. Drinks were good as well! Server was friendly and part of a cool biker group!

The place is really big and has a lot of seating. It was quite busy. I ordered a Spanish omelette and my son ordered the blueberry pancakes. My omelette was ok, it had way too much peppers and I didn't see the cheese , it comes with a side so I went with country potato with onions and bell peppers. I only wish that it included some kind of toast. My son's pancakes were ok, they are only topped with blueberries we thought the blueberries were going to be inside the batter or inside the pancake. He had to add a lot of syrup to make them soft. The one thing I will say is that the house coffee is very good. It's Lavazza coffee which is really good. I wouldn't mind coming back and trying some other options or coming back for lunch or happy hour.

If a place has breakfast burritos, I'm always down for that...so that's what I went with the first time, and every time after. When I asked about their Bfast burritos, the owner suggested that I get it with a spinach tortilla, a totally new option to me, but boy was I happy with it. I have gotten it every time since then.
