Was able to help my brother purchase a great car at a great price! The owners and salesman were very helpful!

My kids helped purchase their first car April 26. The car dealer was informed the car was being…read morepurchased for two 16 year olds and that they were putting their money they earned and saved towards this purchase. The day after we bought it the check engine light came on. Took the car to O Reilly to get the code read. The car dealer was informed the next day and assured my ex husband that they would order the part. Never heard from them again. This past Friday (May 30), the car started sounding terrible. The car was taken for an oil change, the oil was old and had metal shavings in it. Again called the dealer and got several stories. The "partner" bought the car and it was his fault. Then since we were past the 30 day warranty we would need to pay out of pocket for a new motor. Then we were basically told our kids drove it too rough. We have Life360 and get driving reports that show the speed driven, rapid acceleration and hard braking. Basically two teenagers were taken advantage of, and then blamed for a car becoming undrivable within 34 days of purchase which is disgusting behavior. If we want to pay more out of pocket to get a new engine we were told we could do that. I do not trust this dealership to fix this car. My ex husband offered to sell the car back to them (at a big loss to my kids), but the dealer doesn't do that, likely because it's junk. The car dealer gave my ex husband the runaround and several excuses. This is a good lesson to have a car checked out by a mechanic and my kids now know that car dealers can be very untrustworthy. A five thousand dollar lesson learned, and now we have a piece of junk car to dispose of. Believe the negative online reviews, the people we dealt with after the sale were definitely not the people who sold the car.

I was shopping for a mid-sized pick-up truck and was considering the Toyota Tacoma, Nissan…read moreFrontier, Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. I decided to go with the Tacoma based on the great salesman I was dealing with (Joshua) and with Mylas Copeland. Both wanted to ensure I was a satisfied customer. The Tacoma was the best fit for me and my needs. It is a comfortable ride and the truck I purchased had all of the accessories I was looking for. Bottom line was the pricing. I feel I received an exceptional deal on both the new vehicle and on my trade-in. Kudos to Mylas and his staff. Based on this initial experience they have a customer for life. P.S., although I secured financing through my credit union, the finance representative was courteous and professional and ensured any questions I had were fully answered.

Worst service ever. Car died on a Friday evening so we had it towed to Green VW. We called on…read moreSaturday and were told the service department was closed because of construction, but they would call us on Monday. We called them around noon on Monday after not receiving a call back. We were told a service manager would call us back. Never happened. On Tuesday we called back again and spoke to Jim who said the car didn't have an appointment for 3 more weeks. We explained to Jim the car had broken down and needed to be repaired and the appointment was for an oil change we had previously scheduled. Jim was adamant that an appointment was required for any service to be done. He advised he would have Marquis, a service manager, call us back but he probably wouldn't be able to move up the appointment. After 3-4 hours we called back again because we had not heard from Marquis. This time we were directed to the voicemail for the Toyota dealership. We called back and spoke to Jim again who maintained the car did not have an appointment for 3 weeks. After getting no where with Jim we requested to speak to his boss, Ebony. Instead we were transferred to the elusive Marquis who said they probably couldn't even look at the car until the oil change appointment 3 weeks in the future. But if someone else canceled he might be able to have someone look at it in one to two weeks. When we pointed out the oil change guy wasn't going to be diagnosing and repairing the car, Marquis said he would shift a qualified mechanic to that bay but he couldn't promise to get us in any sooner. Marquis advised we really should schedule an appointment before having the car towed to the dealership. He advised the next available appointment was 4 weeks away. When we explained that was not a customer friendly way to run a car service center, Marquis said he didn't like where this conversation was going. We told Marquis we would like to speak to his boss Rick he responded that he would leave him a message and hung up on us. The moral of the story is if you're going to break down, make sure you anticipate it about 4 weeks in advance.
