THE WORST auto body place I've ever been to. My experience is much like Gordan K's review but more of a nightmare. The owners name is Vegan, He is the short guy who gives off a Ahmadinejad vibe.. This guy is beyond PATHETIC!. He took a look at my car, charged me for taking a look at my car after telling me there would be no fee to look at it. He told me to leave it there and told me it will cost 700 to fix a scratch and a small dent. He kept trying to rush me out the door saying that he will take care of it and kept boasting that he has alot of experience and has been doing this for many years. I tried to tell him that the price seems steep and he seemed to make alot of EXCUSES for why the price was going to be that much. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and trust his "experience". So I come back and he tells me to wait 30 minutes or come back again, even though It's been a day and that he was really busy although it seemed like no one was there. After I asked about my car he said give me 10 minutes. In the meanwhile I went across the street to grab a drink from the nearby pantry. When I came back he had told me that they had been working on my car and noticed other issues. I immediately had a TERRIBLE feeling. THIS IS WHERE IT GOES TERRIBLY WRONG: He started saying after they put the car on the lift that the there was rust under the car (The car was almost brand new!!!) and then showed me a dent on the other side that had not even been there and it looked like he made the scratch deeper with something. HE LITTERALLY ADDED ANOTHER DENT TO MY CAR AND MADE THE SCRATCH WORST! I EVEN HAD PICS OF THE CAR RIGHT BEFORE I TOOK IT TO HIM! After calling him out on his BS, he started shouting and yet again yelling about his experience in the business and telling me that I was a liar and a fraud?.. I was BEYOND upset! I showed him pictures of the scratch and dent that I had took before bringing the car to him and he claimed i used photo editing to make it look less damaged. Now why the heck would I do that? THIS GUY IS RIDICULOUS! By this time I said "I want my car back and i'll be SUING you . He shouted for another 4-5 minutes and then said I can't have my car back because it was on the lift and he could not take it down without his guy. I threatened to get the police involved and immediately he changed his tone of voice. After his BIPOLAR ANGER ISSUES subsided he told me a bunch of fake sorries and apologies and again spoke about his experience and said that he would fix everything and would do the job for a great price for all the inconvenience.. When he called me back saying the job was done, I was SHOCKED after seeing car. The dent he had put in the car was barely visible and the main dent was gone but the 2nd dent that was originally there looked like he used some cheap dent puller to do the job. The scratch was almost completely gone but still visible under an l-ed light. I was still upset but slightly happy that the scratch and bigger dent was no longer visible and that I'd soon be out of that shit-hole of a shop So we go back to his little desk and HE OVERCHARGED ME! HE CHARGED 1100$ FOR A JOB HE SAID WAS 700$ AND THEN SAID HE ONLY CHARGED ME 600$ FOR THE JOB AND THE REST WAS FOR ALL THE OTHER WORK HE DID FOR FREE. I TOLD HIM TO SHOW ME WHAT ELSE HE DID AND HE MADE UP A BUNCHA TERMS SAYING HE "UNRUSTED THE BOTTOM" and "FIXED BROKEN COMPONENTS" AND "REALIGNED THE WHEELS???" WE ARGUED and HE TOLD ME HE WAS SUING ME IF I DIDNT PAY AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE. i PAID HIS MONEY AND NOW IM PLANNING ON SUING THAT BASTARD FOR ALL OF THIS! AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

The first time I had my car repaired here, it was not really a choice as the Jizzeep chose to die at the stoplight directly in front of thew place. With a dad as a mechanic, I have NEVER been to an auto shop as a customer, and the people here were amazing. They did not charge a thing to figure out the problem and quote a price. Then V had it fixed by the afternoon. As soon as I could go home to MI again to visit the fam, my dad took a look and said the work was great and to never take my car anywhere else. I called again about a year later when I had a new noise, and they remembered me! Gina with the red Jeep and the alternator. Again, did not charge a thing while he had lifted the car and found the problem and explained it all to me. V gave an estimate and sent me on my way with no pressure at all. First of all the complaint from all the above did not mention the year or model of their vehicles, these complainers did not come back to show me the cost of the repair that they spend on their vehicle from other shops and i know why for simple fact . these complains are a push from my compete competitors, because if they would spend that amount of money with our shop and their vehicle aren't fixed as they claim that means that we do that to all the customer that walk in our shop and by doing that we would have no one come to us and we should shut our doors and go home. we are at car fix offer one year warranty part and labor and we back up our work to all customer and we honer their business and i challenge the above complainers to come to my shop and prove me wrong and if they do i will resolve their matter in no time read more

I had a terrible experience with this auto center.. The owner Vegan overcharged my mother by alot. He took advantage of the fact that she didn't know how much the repairs cost. I had got quoted 600$ less at other auto places, but my mother went there after taking it to another place that told her they didn't do body work and suggested she try this place, considering it was 1 street down. He didn't even paint the parts he fixed /replaced to match the color of the car.. and was trying to charge extra for us to get it done.. When we asked him some questions he got very rude and angry.. I couldn't believe it... Please do not send your mothers or sisters there, because he will take advantage of them and overcharge. To be overcharged by 600$ is definitely not something to take lightly. read more

Have gotten my car fixed here plenty of times and the owner is so helpful. He is very friendly and funny. They are not a normal body shop that just wants you to do stuff to your car that you really do not need. They actually take care of your car and make sure it is safe to drive. Everyone who takes their car in to get fixed will find something else wrong with it that they do not know. You cant blame the mechanic for telling you whats wrong with their car, they are the professionals after all. They told me the problems and fixed them all with warranties. My car had a minor cosmetic dent and some scratches on the rear passenger door, I took it to another auto body shop that wanted to charge me $3k for an entirely new door. It seemed absurd so I popped into the place around the corner from my house to get a second opinion. Vegan and he quoted me an incredibly reasonable price, he had availability to get the car in within a few days, the work went quickly and was done when he said it would be - and it looks great. I could not be happier with Car Fix. Our 2001 Honda Accord had a hole rusted through on the back fender. In just a few days, Car Fix had mended the hole so well that I couldn't tell where it had been originally. The price was much more reasonable than I was expecting. When I noticed that the tail light near the fix was out, the owner took care of that immediately, at no extra cost. My family moved to the area 1 1/2 ago and, based on a neighbor's recommendation, have used this garage ever since. It all started with a basic oil change, then maintenance, then repair. My husband and I don't know the first thing about cars, really, but we have been very happy with the service and are relieved to know that we have a trustworthy mechanic just down the road. The owner (Vegan) is very friendly and there work is great. They have a wonderfull warranty aspect. My warranty was over by a week and they still fixed my problem with no question's asked. Today I call this facility for a quote. They ask me to bring my car in for it. I got there at 10:30 am. The mechaanich took alook to the rear breaks and sugest a drum and shoes change. With labor and a year waranty on parts and labor it cost $290.00 great value it took three hour because they need to orders the parts. The car is running fantastic and tomorrow we are leaving on a road trip to New York. Great job guys.. read more

He seems to only treat his own people with good service and cheats everyone else. Having your car on the fritz can really stress a girl out, but when I went to car fix he immediately made me feel comfortable by showing me exactly what was wrong and explaining all my options. Picked up my car and the door trim was damaged. They claimed it was like that when I dropped it off. Ridiculous. They also failed to reattach a loose speaker wire while they were replacing my door handles, and couldn't clear a simple ABS light after fixing my brakes. How are these guys in business?? read more
