When he picked it up, our credit card had been charged extra $680.34 for additional services that were not in the estimate and that never had been approved. The mager of the shop did not verify with my husband the amount to be charged when processed the payment. When we questioned about the charge, the manager claimed she had texted to my husband a revised estimate and that he had agreed to it. However, she could not provide any proof in support of her words, and we never received such a message. Despite this fact, the invoice listed the extra work as "approved." It's very sad as we used this shop for a long time in the past and had been always happy with the service. However, the previous owner retired and the new owner Nish Kirk could easaly destroyed the reputation, earned by this business for many years'. Consumers should be very cautious. Charging for work without the client authorization and marking it as "approved" is extremely concerning. We strongly advise anyone using this location to carefully review their estimate and final invoice before paying.

I hurt my shoulder recently and I wasn't able to get it started at all, so I took it to M&S. The price was reasonable, it was done before he told me, and it starts on the first or second pull. Easily! It also has an electric start with a battery. I never ever got that to work and gave up on it. But whatever he did to the engine, I use the battery start and now I don't even have to use the pull handle. Lived here 20 years didn't know that M&S was here. Like others, I used to go to Dehne's. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so happy I wanted to let others know. Highly recommended.

From the beginning, Rei set the tone by reviewing my project thoroughly, being upfront about costs, and even asking follow-up questions to make sure his team could deliver the work at the highest standard. That professionalism was my first green flag. Mark handled the work on my car and went above and beyond my request. I asked for before-and-after photos to help me track carbon buildup for future maintenance, and not only did he deliver, he provided even more detail than expected. Danny was really knowledgable on our 2012 Mini Cooper. He gave us a coolant flush & new spark plugs. He took photos to explain everything to me which was super helpful and was honest the whole time. He seems to work on a diverse set of cars from german to japanese & american. UPDATE 12/3/21 Danny is a really great mechanic. I have now been here 3-4 times since my first visit (also with a 2018 Lexus) and he delivers everytime. Both Danny and his coworker really have a passion for cars and are a wealth of knowledge. I spent a little extra time around them this appointment to take a few photos and all I can say is I'm happy I found a mechanic I can call my own.
