Every single time I've been here they've been fast, inexpensive, courteous, and honest. I have a car that's over 10 years old and recently they fixed my brakes and I took a 2000+ mile road trip to Texas and my brakes were perfect! Oil changes are the best deal in town. The store front is an old school small garage with no bells and whistles just the essentials. Owner is very down to earth and very personable. The main mechanic is a straight shooter and efficient and really busy. Turnaround time is good. I'd recommend this shop to anyone. read more

The owner is as ASS!!!!!!!! PEOPLE, NEVER GO THERE !!!! I dropped my car last week there, since it is making some noise when making turn on highway. T Owner seems nice and greeting me well, he said i will get my car back at the end of day. He called me like afternoon said there is something wrong with my tire rod and it has to be replaced. That is making noise. I said ok..go ahead....you should know what is wrong. After i picked my car back that day, it still making noise in the highway! Then i drop it to a shop i knew well, they told me that it is the bearing, and someone did a bad job replace the tire rod that there is damage around there. I was like wtf.....I drive back second day and talked to the Joseph guy. he just glue and keep saying it is not his fault and being very rude! PEOPLE, trust me, they have no idea what is happening and he is an ASS after you left. read more

I have had 3 oil changes at this location over the past year. I bought a punch card via Groupon that gave a discounted rate. Even without an appointment, I have gone over lunch time (around 12:30 each time) and never waited more than about 20 minutes to have the change completed. They have done an acceptable job with no problems. I have no experience with more extensive work or repairs. Their waiting room is nothing fancy, but it has a decent TV. read more

This is the most sick and manipulating car shop I've ever encountered. They took advantage and lied the second they found out my father had died (who knew about cars) if youre a woman they will take advantage. When I went to a New mechanic he couldn't believe what they used to "fix" my car. they showed me that this place had put PLASTIC SCREWS to install vital parts. They also used RUBBERBANDS and do tthings the cheapest way possible and then charge you a ton of money. some idiot put coolant into my windshield wiper fluid tank and then unplugged it thinking I wouldn't notice. They also installed my brother's brakes wrong which caused a major accident on the highway. The owner acts like he's helping you but he's just a jackass. I've never written a review in my life but I had to for this place. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

Small shop, not fancy, very inexpensive. We have had them work on multiple cars. Basic things like oil change are very inexpensive. Most of the repairs have gone well. There are a couple things they've missed, or have had to go back to have re-done, but overall recommended if you don't want to pay dealer rates. Some of the work they do is some much less expensive than the dealer, it's totally worth it if a couple things aren't perfect. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! Found a Honda advertised on Craigslist. The seller was the "owner" of Silver Auto Care, Joe. I thought I'd be getting a good car, as he stated, because he worked on it at this shop and kept up the maintenance. He also told me his niece owned the car for over 2 years, which I found out to be a lie, since the title had some weird guy's name on it, and the title stated clearly he purchased the car in July of 2011 (probably a salvage or from an auction). Well, bought the car in late November, and have had nothing but problems. Brakes are shot, interior is falling apart, but he glued it all before I came to look at the car, so I couldn't tell how much damage it had. Now it makes a horrible screeching noise when it's in reverse. It shakes violently when I turn the steering wheel. It feels and sounds like a diesel engine just when it's idling. Tires were supposed to be new, but they keep leaking lots of air. Needed an oil change immediately. The steering wheel won't turn back after making a turn. Plus, it's died on me for no reason 3 times. For someone who "owns" a body shop, this car should've at least had a fresh oil change, new brakes, and steering fluid. LIAR LIAR LIAR! Crooks!
