The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. They neatly and quickly patched up and pressurized the flat tire, removed and replaced my spare tire, and fixed back the patched up tire after removing the nail - all in less than 20 mins. So that's what I did. I paid & came out. I asked if the other guy had tightened the lug nuts that he had loosened because he was now working on another car. The other guy said yes & that I was good to go. I had been driving my other vehicle but decided to drive my car for my work commute. I felt like something was wrong. My car started shaking uncontrollably. I pulled over twice on a little highway. The 3rd time, I was too scared to continue. I called a tow truck. Had it towed to my mechanic. The tow truck driver looked at it, along with my mechanic. I was missing 2 lug nuts and the others were loose. MY FREAKING TIRE WAS COMING OFF!!!!! The outcome could have been terrible. Blue Flame didn't tighten them. A tire and rim coming off on a highway could have been catastrophic. Needless to say $354 later, I got it fixed. Which could have been avoided if they would have done it right. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! IN & OUT TO MAKE A QUICK DOLLAR!!!
