I needed an oil change for my 2016 Honda Pilot and luckily Yelp brought me here! I love supporting local business- especially when they are a great establishment like this! I spoke to Nolan on the phone. He gave me my quote and also informed me that they did not have my part, but could have it within 2 hours. We set up an appointment time for me to come in and Tuck helped me check in and out. They just opened 2 weeks ago and everything is very clean and new. Everyone I have interacted here is super friendly and they don't try to up-sell you on everything like those "chain" places. All in all they seem very ethical, which is something I value tremendously. On top of it, they are running current promotions and were quite a bit cheaper than the chain places I had called. I went in for an oil change on my Ford Mustang and had an amazing experience. Facility was very clean and had a very informative staff. I was greeted very nicely and was walked through the pricing and amount of time it would take. I didnt need to make an appointment but was later informed that i could be serviced faster if i had called in. I was not in a rush and lived not to far so i didnt mind waiting shortly. Finally found a good honest shop to take my cars to. They work fast and have very reasonable pricing. Geoff is super friendly and very patient when I was asking questions about the options I have with service and repairs. They will go over with you what is needed to be repaired or replaced in an understandable way so you won't get the feeling of having to pay for something that does not make any sense to you. If you want above and beyond service this is the place. My mechanic I have been going to for over 10 years was closed. I went on Yelp and found this place. The staff here is amazing. Luis has excellent customer service. I was offered water as soon as I sat down. Luis even made small talk EVEN THOUGH he was busy. The shoo does not look like a traditional shop. It is meticulous inside. They have a phone charging station. A fridge AND what impressed me even more was they are doing a toy drive. What mechanic shop does that? Very professional. I went in for a brake inspection and the no pressure quote caused me to get the work done. They even topped of my coolant! They use tablets in the office. Very unique place of business. I love my mechanic BUT I just found my new to go to. I have brakes repaired on my Camaro and now I will being back my BMW. BTW Luis even speaks Spanish! discovered this place through my sister who recommended it to me. She loved the service provided and I figured I'd give it a try too. I inquired through emails about pricing and appointment availability and they got back to me very very quickly. Upon arriving to the shop I thought I was going to be intimidated like all the other mechanics I've been to with their greasy mean looking guys looking at you like you shouldn't own a car because you know nothing about them. Anyway.. once I came in the guy in the front was very nice and very soft spoken he checked me in, took all my info down and gave me an estimated time for when my car would be ready. That and they said they would give me a call once its ready. Once they called me and my car was ready the guy in the front gave me my keys and with the courtesy check they did he explained what services where recommended for my car and roughly when the services should be done.
