This place is so great! Such a miracle find. In a world filled with soooooo many options it can be tough narrowing down where to go and what to do. I always hate the feeling of dealing with car salesmen who come off so robotic and treat you like dollar signs without hearing your basic needs. Car Castle proved to me there are actual genuine "Humans" who care about you... even in the car dealership world. There's nothing like the feeling you get from being treated with respect and actual care and genuine help. I don't usually post reviews but this time I "HAD TO" because I want anyone who's going through what I was to actually get help and not be mishandled or mistreated. Mark Ramierez is your guy. Go down to Car Castle and have him show you all the bomb ass options they got. I reeeeeeally wanted a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and he did all he could to get me in that thing but I just couldn't afford it with my credit situation so he worked a miracle and got me into a killer 2017 Honda Sport and worked it out to where I'm in a position to build up my credit and come back in a year or so and eventually get that dream Jeep. And Car Castle is where I'll be coming for sure! Also when you swing by, be sure to holler at one of the own Eddie. Sucha cool and mellow guy that'll make you feel right at home. This dealership had me like a kid in a candy store. There's soooooo much to look at. read more

I work with the Mayor of the City of Los Angeles Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, Empowerment Congress West and part of the Homeless Committee and Minister with the United Church of Christ, I have been doing my work helping men and woman find housing and jobs and doing all of this on public transportation and walking, I was blessed to have the funds to purchase a car so I would not have to do all of my work on foot and public transportation. I found a vehical on TrueCar.com it was located at Car Castle Dealership in Fullerton, CA. After contacting the Salesman I was trying to get a family member to take me from Los Angeles to Fullerton to see and purchase the vehical but with no luck I spoke to the salesman again who suggested I could take the Amtrek and they would pick me up from the Station. I felt this was truly going over and beyond the call of duty, I was picked up and very warmly welcomed and I purchesed from Car Castle a beautiful 2012 Buick Regal Premium Turbo for more than just a fair price, this company is very loving very compassionate and work with there customers very professionally. I commend the Staff at Car Castle and my Salesman Mark 100 STARS you do deserve God Bless you for all you do for the people of Southern California. Rev. Dr. Mark William Gory read more

I HAD THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE! Mark the general manger was ABSOLUTLEY rude! I bought a 2011 wrx from them! It had 59 thousand miles on it when I bought it and I have 74 thousand now. I bought it in February. When I bought the car my visor was broke, the tires were bald, and I had 5 cracks on the windshield! I bought the car at night time so I didn't inspect it that night. I called mark the next day and he said to come in whenever I have time and they would fix everything. So I went in when I could and he says oh you put to many miles on it sorry there's nothing we can do. Well that was the only time I could go back and he knew that. He replaced two tires and told me to get lost. My windshield is unsafe the visor doesn't work and not to mention my turbo is having problems already. He wouldn't even work with me even after we spent 30k on a Subaru there! Everyone just wants to rush and make money off you there! I brought in a 2011 lifted 6inch tundra and they took 2500 off retail value because of an oil leak? Umm that truck was perfect trust me! I took care of it! No oil leaks just a sneaky way they use you to get more money! I will never go back to this place and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to go here! read more

After being to a few dealerships in Orange County, I stumbled into Car Castle- I didnt have many expectations, thought it would be another one of those places where they are just about making a sale without any consideration of what you need or what you can afford... but then I met Zabih! He saw me look at a few cars, got to know what I had in mind and talked with me... all the time I could see that his mind was working, like he was going through an inventory in his head. After a few minutes I saw that his eyes lit up and said... I think I just might have the right car for you! He went into the lot and brought out this BEAUTIFUL Audi,it had one owner, timely oil changes and was in great condition. Then we went into his office and spoke with Eddie who was just the friendliest finance manager in the whole state of California! - needless to say, I made the deal and am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. These guys are not your usual shark like salespersons. They LISTEN to you and they HELP. Do yourselves and your friends a favo- if you want to buy a car. Skip everything, make your way to Fullerton and sit down with Zabih and Eddie. It will be one of the best decisions of your life! Thank you guys! You rock! read more

I wanted to wait a while before i wrote this review because a vehicle is like a living thing, many things can go wrong in 5 months. I am very happy to report that we are quite happy with the 2015 jeep wrangler. Great off-roading and hauling, engine and transmission run perfectly.. The mods they put on are so nice, although we did have to replace the spare tire holder because the tire was way to heavy for the stock part. Other than that everything is very sweet. I do believe the staff work as hard as they can to do their very best to get you a good deal, as they are willing to wheel and deal. One thing anyone should do when purchasing a vehicle, especially from a used car lot is get it inspected by a certified mechanic before you buy. As Car Castle does have a limited warranty, our warranty was only for the first 30 days, then you are up shit creek if anything mechanical goes wrong. Overall our experience was very good. We will definitely buy our next jeep from Car Castle. Not to mention they gave us free drinks and snacks while waiting..only took an hour, which in my opinion is great..I waited 4 hours buying my Honda, which was rediculous. Great job Fernando!!!! read more

Huge shoutout to MARK & again Mark!! Also SAM! I can be a difficult customer and want to know everything and anything! A.k.a not an impulse buyer lol & I am sooo thankful to have had Mark be very patient with me, very responsive in communication, and NOT being a salesman who is constantly blowing YOU up and calling YOU nonstop... he never did that not even once . He'd didn't pressure me, rush me, or talk bull**** . Instead he earned my trust , made me feel comfortable, moved at my pace, reassured me, let me test drive 3 x, and most importantly MARK doesn't hide nothing from you ! Also , Thank you to Sam for also being patient with me , consistent with me, and not changing prices on me and keeping his word on final price even when I bought the car 2 days later! Due to this beautiful car buying experience , they earned my business. I don't say that often but if you earn business from me I'll have everyone and their mama come to you! So you're looking for a place that will work with you, for you, without pressuring you , and value honesty then CAR CASTLE IS the place for YOU Again thank you read more

After looking for months for just the right truck for my daughter we found it on Car Castle's website. I sent a quick note and not 5 minutes later, Mark had responded to it. When we visited, the place was immaculate, welcoming, and Mark was there to greet us with a smile. The truck was as we expected and more. Mark and his team worked with us tirelessly until we agreed on a price and my daughter and I were absolutely pleased with it. When we got home and had a chance to closely inspect it, it was even better. The suspension work and customization that Car Castle had done on the Tacoma was exceptional, with great quality components, and work was meticulously done. Everything was spotless and like it was designed that way from the factory. Very tastefully attired, not overdone, and everything with a purpose. For us customer service is equally as important and Mark's help throughout was probably what made the deal as awesome as it turned out. Very pleased customer with highest recommendations for Mark and Car Castle. read more

Unbelievable. Car Castle is the most dishonest dealership I've ever dealt with. They suck you in with low prices online, but as soon as the salesman called, he hit me with the truth--the actual price was nearly $15,000 higher! Are you kidding me? Fifteen grand in bogus "extras" they don't bother mentioning anywhere until you're already hooked. False advertising at its worst. I tried to get straightforward answers through email. Guess what? They wouldn't give me any. Just a bunch of "Let us call you" messages, like I have all day to play phone tag. If I wanted to waste hours talking in circles, I'd join a scam hotline. I don't care if the salesman was "nice." That's not enough to hide how crooked this operation is. They prey on people who don't notice the fine print. And when you finally see the hidden fees? Too late--you're already there. This isn't just shady. It's predatory. Do yourself a favor: Avoid Car Castle like the plague. I wouldn't trust them with a single penny of my money. read more

i revised my original review. i liked the guy who sold me my mustang but some things were not great. it would have been nice if they had washed my car so it was pretty when i picked her up. there was only a little gas left in the engine. the gas cap was missing-did they even inspect the car? the interior lights were broken, not mentioned. the alignment was way off and pulling-last thing i want to do is immediately take her in for service. i paid over 4000 in fees on top of the car price which is outrageous and it wasnt explained to me. i only got one key. and the gas cap i bought required a key too. so, i like my car, its lovely, but i feel i was overcharged and rushed off. for such an expensive purchase which i paid them in full up front, my car should have been washed, checked for any issues, and an explanation of what cost me so much extra. if i had to do over, i would have test driven first and not accepted anything less than deserved. read more

After going to three different dealerships I ended up at Car Castle, to my surprise they had humans to talk to and not Robots! You can also call, and they answer, I'm saying all this cause of the hell I went through before Car Castle, also all the pictures from the cars are the original ones, in one dealership I know they were using the same picture to advertise other cars from the same brand! So what I relief when I met Fernando, his very professional knows his craft, very patient and everything we asked him, he answer ... Don't waste your time in those new high top of the line dealers, you can't never talk to no one, everything it's through emails, you wait days to get what you like, totally a bad experience! Fernando was such an amazing guy and did our paperwork in a couple of hours, and I finally got the car of my dreams. Thanks Fernando for making it happen, CarCastle It's what's up!!! read more

The staff at Car Castle are top notch. I went in yesterday with a pre-approval from Navy Fed and was initially met with frustration when I didn't have the funds for the truck I went looking for. Allen and crew were patient with me and explained the disclaimer that I missed in the website that detailed why there might be a difference in price. Not a problem though because they have a ton of similar options that actually did fit my budget. On top of that they were flexible in offering options so that I got what I wanted and they were able to sell a truck. Car Castle are certified dealers with USAA and Navy Federal. In fact, seeking out those certified dealers was recommended during my loan process (not any specific dealerships though). Overall, it was a great experience. They have tons of off-road built trucks and even more jeeps. I'll be back soon for a Jeep ready for the off-road experience. read more

John had helped my wife out purchasing a car two weeks ago and he was a great help. He was very funny, kind, knowledgeable, and he really wanted to help her find the perfect car for her. I had been looking to trade my car in and my wife gave John a heads up. I went the next day and John was ready to go. Poor thing had to deal with my grumpy, annoying, I know what I want attitude (lol) but he dealt with me well. I was very patient and understanding and really listened to what I was looking for. A couple of hours later I was driving off in an amazing RED Jeep Renegade Sport!! It was just what I didn't know I needed. John and the team and the Manager- really worked a deal for me. I am so grateful!! Thank you John!! John is an amazing car salesman!! Everyone check out Car Castle and ask for Joh!!! He will get you what you are looking for!! Thanks John!! Thanks Car Castle!! -Heather Peterson read more

Fernando helped me out buying a beautiful convertible mustang. I really like the car and also the condition of the car. The mustang that fernando showed me had no problem, no history of any accidents and it was just so perfect like he said. He is an honest guy and would not fool any customers that their cars are good even if they had few problems. He is so honest about his cars and he's one of they guys who would tell you straight up that there's some problem with the car if the car that you are looking at actually has a problem or any history of an accident. My budget was lower than the price of the mustang. However, Eddie and Fernando helped me out and set the price a little lower than the original price so that I can get the mustang. Great dealer shop ever! I am hoping to see these guys again to get my girlfriend a car in the future. Go and check this place out guys!! read more

Not the experience I dreaded considering the reputation of a "used car salesman"! I saw a car online and communicated by email with Fernando to make an appointment. When I went to go see it, I was late and Fernando had stepped out. His manager, Marc, greeted me and opened the car for me. After test driving the car and making an offer on it, I had second thoughts and changed my mind. Fernando and Marc were super chill, respectful of my decision and tried to find me the car I wanted for the price I needed, but they didn't have anything for me. Then the most amazing thing happened. They suggested a competitor, where I had better luck and found just the car I was looking for. So they didn't sell me a car! But they were so nice and truly helpful, I had to let people know. These guys care about more than just making money. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Im super thankful and happy i found this place. Great costumer service and helpful car dealers. Fernando the car sales rep or dealer was able to help me and my husband get our family car we wanted at the rate we wanted. he was able to help us with the apr,the extended warranty, down payment, basically everything. he was with us throughout the whole process and kept us informed of what was going on at all times. he was straight forward from the beginning till the end and didnt let us walk till we were completely happy and satisfied with our deal and purchase. If your having trouble finding a place that will give a good deal and not screw you over than i highly reccomend you to check out this place and ask for Fernando he wont give up till he gets you the best deal and with everything you want. he has lots of experience and knowledge and is humble and patient. read more

That's a good place to buy your next car. It's extremely important to read your entire contract and every part of the fine print. Always ask about APR and if you don't undersand something on your contract, always alwys ask them to clarify and explain. Car buying process is stresful and can be a burden that you will have to carry for the next few years. You are financially responsible. Saying that the guys made it easy for me as muych as possible, trying to explain what I needed to know. I just ask questions, this is what i do, I need to know what I'm signing. Alwats check the cars you buying. i was buying a luxury car so I asked them if i can bring my own mechanic. Sometimes askingif you can take the car to other shop, or a delaer helps to see the vibe and attitude the delaer will have. How confident they are on the car they selling you. read more

Beware of this dealership! My experience with Car Castle was nothing short of a nightmare. First, the price listed online was completely misleading. They advertised one thing, but by the time I got to the dealership, hidden fees had inflated the price by over $15,000. The salesperson barely acknowledged these surprise charges and pushed hard for me to commit anyway. The car I bought seemed fine at first glance but quickly revealed itself to be a disaster. Within months, major issues surfaced--worn-out steering, overheating problems, and defective aftermarket lights. It's clear they sell vehicles with questionable modifications that fail not long after you drive off the lot. This place does not care about customers. Save your time, energy, and hard-earned money. You'll end up with an overpriced loan and a car that won't last a year. read more

So started off as a bad day trying to purchase a vehicle ended up being a great day at Car Castle, when I tell you from the time, I made the call to Car Castle and was greeted by a gentlemen who answered the phone, by the name of Mark. When I tell you, Mark is a hell of a salesman. Everything he promised over that phone, he delivered, he was nothing short of what he promised over that phone, he promised when we got there we will be able to leave with a vehicle and we did just that, he didn't overprice us, he gave us a heck of a deal and we are 1000% satisfied with this purchase, Mark you are a very very funny guy my husband really enjoyed you yesterday, ESPECIALLY acting as if he knew fluent Spanish, Mark you freaking Rock, we definitely would recommend Car Castle, everyone there had great energy, and attitudes. read more

I searched for the perfect truck for weeks. I even had preapproval from my credit union. The constant carsalesman pressure was killing me, not to mention my wife. Then I came across Car Castle via Car Guru's online. This was my 4th dealership. I wish I started there first. Driving on the lot, I wasn't mauled by 20 salesman ready to pounce. The waiting area was nice with a pool table to keep my kids busy. I met Allen. He was genuine and kind. Within minutes I was looking at the truck of my dreams! No pressure! Allen's main concern was for my family first. With his guidance, not only did I get my dream truck but he also worked with his boss Cesar to find me a better loan! I am now a customer for life! I highly recommend these pro's! Allen, I can't thank you enough, for putting my family first and not the sale! read more
