While the actual roofing crew, gutter company, and…read moresolar technician did great physical work, the management and administration of this company are absolutely horrible. If you deal with them, prepare for poor communication, lies, and doing their job for them. Our solar panels were removed on April 29th, and AFTER they were removed, I discovered that iROOF & RESTORATION didn't even bother to contact my solar company to inform them that the system was being removed so the roof could be replaced. This blatant negligence and lack of coordination could have completely voided our solar warranty, leaving us unprotected because they failed to handle standard industry coordination. The roof was replaced on May 12th. Our nightmare began on May 13th when I contacted Justin (our point of contact throughout the entire process) to ask when the town inspection would happen so our solar panels could go back up. He claimed he "would get an answer on that." On May 18th, Justin messaged me saying, "So we are planning our final inspection after that is done we are going to remount the solar panels." Turns out, he was lying. After weeks of hearing nothing, I called the town myself on June 1st, only to find out iROOF & RESTORATION had never even scheduled the inspection. I literally had to send Justin the information he needed to schedule it. It gets worse. An inspector came out on June 2nd, but the roof failed inspection because they didn't bother to leave a ladder for him. I contacted Justin again. After some back and forth, they sent a woman out to place a ladder for the follow-up on June 3rd. She couldn't even set it up correctly (it didn't extend the required 3 feet above the roofline), so the inspector couldn't climb it. Luckily, he was able to pass it from what he could see from the ground. Because of their constant administrative failures, our solar panels weren't reinstalled until June 9th. I'd say the fastest thing about this entire agonizing process was how quickly they took the payment out of our account. Save yourself the massive headache and avoid Justin and iROOF & RESTORATION entirely.

I hired this team after the hail storm in August of 2018. Off the bat, the employees were…read moreunprofessional and not courteous. Often, they didn't show up on schedule and after they started the installation, they never cleaned up after themselves. There must have been hundreds of dangerous nails left for me to pick up. I went through the entire winter without gutters because they removed them, due to Bryan saying they didn't remove gutters in the winter. It was their fault and their timeline! Yet I had to hire a different company to install a new gutter. I paid them almost 12k and they never finished the job. When it rained after they "finished" my roof, particles of the roof would wash off through my spout. The solar panels were not removed properly and my daughter's room got a leak from the pipe of the solar panels. The shingles of the shed are already falling apart. The metal that goes around the fire place (not sure what it's called) was not done properly and looks amateur. I have tried over and over to contact them with no response. When I do hear back, they say someone will by at my house at a certain time, and of course no one shows up. They are clearly hoping I will just give up because it's been almost a year, yet they claim I owe them $3,000. I said let's go ahead and go to small claims and they backtracked and said someone named Raul would be at my house to help, and after he didn't show up, he called and said he would be the next weekend. Again, he never showed up! How unprofessional. He never responded after that. I would never recommend this company, do NOT make the same mistake I did!

We hired Nate Ellis/Pinnacle Home Exteriors in early Spring 2023 to replace minimal siding and 9…read morewindows on our brick ranch home. The project had a 2 week time frame. Long story short, after 8 weeks of repeated delays, no shows, installation errors, excuses of employee shortages and material shortages, face to face meetings, text messages, and emails, the Site Manager (his uncle), announced the job was done. We met with Nate the following business day, walked through the errors with the siding and gutter work, the shoddy window installation and incomplete finish work. Nate agreed, thanked us for our patience and let us know that he would have a new team come to fix and complete the work. Nate/Pinnacle never returned. We attempted to communicate at the business address he advertises on 14th Ave, Lakewood, and the business is not there. After 16 weeks of waiting, we had to hire another company to uninstall then re-install the windows, and complete the project. We would NEVER recommend Nate Ellis or Pinnacle Home Exteriors for ANY JOB. This has been a homeowners nightmare! Our neighbors are still joking about "the guy living in our backyard, talking on his phone all day".
