This company is fantastic!! Jeff Mornan is very professional…read moreand competent. They changed my roof in my farm in Fort Collins. The work was correctly done, and he dealt with the Insurance Company ( Farmers) who tried to give me a hard time, but Jeff fought them like a lion, and won! The other big different between The Capstone Restoration and the company that changed my roof at the same property before , was that I did not find one nail on the ground, everything was absolutely clean! The company before left nails everywhere and I got multiple flat tires. I had recommended Capstone Restoration to other people and they all loved the great customer service that Jeff provides to all his customers!

Then he came to my house and modernized all three of my bathrooms. He was always professional, did wonderful work, and was considerate of our spaces and lifestyle while working in our home. I selected Phil's bid, and work began on December 9, 2024. While the initial quality was acceptable, it declined during the second week as Phil prioritized a large commercial project. Order errors further delayed completion beyond Christmas. Phil resumed work in January, but progress was slow due to limited manpower and missing materials. On January 29, 2025, he completed several sections and agreed to correct issues such as misaligned siding, poor layouts, and incorrect trim (see pictures). He insisted on caulking and painting that week, aiming to finish by February 3. Due to heavy snow and freezing temperatures, I postponed painting until conditions improved. I have not seen Phil since. Over the past year, I have repeatedly contacted Phil via email and text. Although he occasionally promised to schedule the remaining work, he never followed through. The job remains unfinished. I request that by April 15 he either complete the work or refund sufficient funds to hire another contractor. My Responses: I can provide receipts for all the materials and supplies used. The receipts clearly show my credit card for payment. I can provide the materials and supplies list you provided. The lists have many mistakes and omissions, which were the source of the delays. My bank statements show payments of $7,500 on December 10, $7,500 on December 13, $7,500 on December 19, and $5,000 on January 19. Monthly temperature data from January 29 through February shows that February's minimum temperatures never exceeded 40°F. Such conditions are not suitable for caulking or painting.
