Went here based on reviews so I feel I should do my part to give my experience. Brought in my wedding dress and they worked magic. I bought a dress and had a vision in mind. Told them and they made it happen. They took things in steps and had me come in to try it on along the way. They communicate well and I was late to my appt but they treated me very nice. I brought my lil guy in and they were very nice to him. Price was less than the bridal shop I bought my dress at but I didn't know till I went to pay. I would recommend to brides for sure!! Brought in 3 dresses to be tailored. Was not given the time of day while he did measurements. He was too busy trying to make a sale on a suit. It was like I was a bother to him. As a result, the dresses fit me horribly when I tried them on at home. It was a little over $90 (!!!) to take the 3 dresses in a tiny bit. Additionally, I was not given a price estimate before getting them tailored. I was simply told when they'd be ready. And actually, they weren't ready on time. I got a call asking if I could wait another week. Two of the dresses are no longer wearable. I will never come here again. read more

When I arrived in Temecula from LA I wasn't sure where to start when looking for a tailor for my beautiful and intricate wedding dress. We received a recommendation for Tom at Capri Tailoring. When I called, he was so kind and courteous and got me right in to start working on the dress. When we opened the dress bag, I found that the straps promised by the bridal shop were not the same as I tried on in the shop and not even straps at all. I was very stressed out and didn't see how I was going to get the dress to look like it once did. Tom immediately eased my concerns and assured me that we would be able to get the dress to my exact liking and he absolutely delivered.
