A very nice neighborhood Italian restaurant with terrific service and great food. I enjoyed fresh Sea Bass Limone (picatta) with mashed potatoes and vegetables while my dining partner loved a massive Chicken Parmigiana with Penne. If you go, check in early because it gets busy!

Ordered take out pizza for our family reunion lunch. We ordered several options and they were enjoyed by all even the picky eaters and pizza snobs from Brooklyn!

How is this basil on entire pizza and extra crispy???? EPIC FAIL!!

We asked for extra crispy, the crust was barely cooked. We asked for extra basil on the ENTIRE pizza - the photo says it all! Epic fail!!! Our 2nd time trying their food since they opened years ago. We won't be trying them again. Pathetic!

The food is incredibly overpriced and not good. The staff is also extremely rude. I would not go back.

Food was quite good. Service was odd. My phone fell on the floor so waiter literally kicked it over to me.

Is that pizza as good as it looks? I live in California and I really miss the pizza from back east.

Il Capuccino is a beautiful restaurant located in Sag Harbor on a quaint street that literally…read morebrings you back in time. Before entering, you see a couple of tables for outdoor dining which is a nice touch on a summers evening. As you enter, you get this old world tavern feel with wood planks on the ceiling, a beautiful beast where you can sit for a drink and food if you choose and then multiple rooms with tables. We sat at a table in the bar. For starters, they bring you a basket full of these most sliding garlic knots!!!! I could do some damage with that for sure! Kerry out waitress have is some great suggestions before ordering. I ordered the baked stuffed clams which were delicious and overstuffed. I could have used a little more juice on top of the clams. I was surprised that they were served in tinfoil clam shells.... But that didn't stop me from enjoying them. We also ordered the spinach salad which was a nice place of fresh greens with a warm bacon dressing and mushrooms. For dinner, I ordered the seafood pasta (Frutti di Mar) which was delicious however in being honest, it could've used more pasta. Basically I got 4 fork twirls . A little more pasta would've been very impressive. The calamari, shrimps mussels and clams were delicious as well. We also ordered the linguine carbonara which was creamy and delicious with that nice smoke flavor from the pancetta. My wife enjoyed the fettuccini Alfredo. All in all, everything was delicious. Kerry took great care of us and it was an enjoyable evening. I'll be back!!!!

The staff is nice, but seemed overworked. There was very little interaction with our wait staff. Dinner began with "garlic bread". Essentially garlic. So much garlic the bread was inedible. Next we split the baked clams. Mostly breadcrumbs, served in an aluminum foil clam shaped cup. Seems like it had been quite a long time since those clams had been anywhere near their shell. Main course was a mess. Eggplant parm was mushy and had a weird flavor. Assuming it was from the other items it was stored with in the freezer, clearly not made fresh. My spouse ordered flounder "limone". Flounder dipped in egg and flour, but served soft, mushy and tasteless. Again, clearly not made fresh. The place was busy. I've read other reviews. It's confusing. The food is horrible. Service was ok at best. Will never go back.

Walking up we noticed a super cute patio that was pretty busy at 4:30pm. Staff welcomed us and was very friendly. We sat in the cozy bar area on bench furniture with pillows. It was comfortable and I loved this adorable space. I also noticed the dining area was decorated nicely and had a fireplace. My husband had a vodka martini and I had a cucumber margarita which tasted very fresh and crisp. This was a first for me and I enjoyed it. We shared an appetizer called Burrata which is organic mozzarella cheese and tomatoes embellished with herbs and balsamic. Bread and oil were included. This was amazing and really hit the spot. I highly recommend this combination. We chit chatted with the bartender a little bit and had a few laughs. It would be nice to return in the future and enjoy a meal. Hopefully the annoying fly buzzing by our table would have moved on by then. Lol.

Okay, the good part of the experience.. They serve delicious bread with olive oil dip to start .....really tasty My wife had the squid pasta ..... she loved it....and reasonably priced I had the salmon with lentils ..meh.....very uninspired and I expected alit mor for nearly $50 Very nice server..attentive and sweet ....and the hostesses did their best to accommodate our time change request But overall, a rather mundane dinner for nearly $150 is just over the top Great outdoor space, sone nice dishes that I'd like to try, and I will return, but probably won't be a frequent guest
