We reached out to Capitol Roofing for a roofing quote over a year ago and after comparing pricing over a few months with other companies (small, large, independent contractors...etc.), Adrian at Capitol Roofing provided us the best pricing with the backing of an experienced roofing company. A year after our initial quote, we reached out to Adrian for an updated price and he was more than happy to accommodate our request and answer all our questions. We proceeded with the contract and are very happy with the end result. Our roof was over 30 years old and needed a complete replacement to be up to code; Adrian took care of obtaining all the city permits and kept us informed every step of the way and addressed all our concerns. His crew was very pleasant and friendly and did a great job cleaning up every day, so we were never inconvenienced by the project. We had two small hiccups during the project, minor damage to our ceiling due to a heavy pipe, but Adrian and his crew took care of the damage and resolved all the issues. I called Mr. Horta after a roof leak. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would which I always appreciate.He gave me estimates and I found them to be quite fair. His workers arrived the next day and went to work. They were very professional and one of the guys even helped catch my pups when they ran toward the open gate (my fault). The roofs look great, and yes that's "roofs" plural, I had two done. And here is the most impressive part of this review. I had an issue with one of the roofs. I sent Mr. Horta a picture of my problem and he came the next day to inspect. He agreed with me and had someone come out to do the small repair. If you call Capitol Roofing to do your repair, or roof replacement, you will receive the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I found him as I saw him doing a difficult job in my neighborhood. I stopped and asked him for his card. Adrian (the owner) came to my house a few minutes early of our appointment. He was able to inspect and pinpoint the problems with my roof quickly. He completed my repair. Then? We had the worst storms that I can ever remember. I thought there was a problem, I called Adrian telling him about it. Now, this was MONTHS after he completed the work originally. He insisted coming out right away to look. He fixed the problem, and it's been perfect ever since. The prices were very fair in my opinion, and he was able to match the 20-year-old tiles that needed replacement on my roof perfectly.
