Well two days later, no phone call or notification the account was charged an additional $309.25. Questioning it we called and were given the run around about trailer rental and discounts. This doesn't sit well with me, after all we agreed on a price for the week and paid in full. We did not authorize the additional charge because we were unaware of it. They just decided let's make them pay a little more without even a phone call. Here we are today, we returned the equipment and were provided a receipt. There was a break down on the receipt with all the equipment rented totaling $949.62 (the agreed upon amount. Then there was a flat charge for the $309.25, yep you guessed it, no break down, nothing about trailer discounts or equipment rented, no explanation at all just a charge. With some argument they refunded part of the charge (not all) because they said the manager was out sick. Long story short, I do not recommend Rental Guys, they will just charge you more without a written break down or real explanation of why. Terrible way to do business.

After buying an SSD, another OS license, and running into a networking adapter issue .. all within a short time following purchase, the unit started to overheat and would no longer boot. Realized that my best bet would be to get a solid estimate, make a credit card warranty claim and then buy a "real" computer from a more reputable place.. Enter XTECH's. The person who helped me was Andrew, and he was extremely helpful. As he wrote up his estimate, it was obvious that this is a great place to get a computer repaired, or to purchase reconditioned computer. Very competitive labor rates, and they do not gouge the customer for inexpensive supplies like thermal paste. I have worked my whole career in high tech, so I think I have a good sense for who the good guys are, and who to avoid. These ARE the good guys! They will take good care of you.

Went to drop some cans off and get some fast cash . All the drinks I enjoy are 8.4 fluid ounce cans…read morewhich are the smallest cans used for drinks but still has a 5 cent return value ! When they use a scale to weigh your cans and the cans are the small ones you loose $2 for every $8 dollars worth of return value ! So I for a very long time have asked for my cans to be counted . This has never been a problem and they always paid me cash . So , long story short they told me they can only count 50 cans now and so instead of four brown bags of cans I gave them 50 cans . It was starting to be bothersome ! Then they dumped the cans in the big blue container and began to inform me that they don't pay cash anymore and that they would need my drivers license so they could issue a check to my bank . I wondered how secure there internet service was and told them that would not work for me . There was no other persons in line to be helped and they could have counted the cans this one last time ! I told them to never mind the cans and loaded up my other two and a half bags and left ! The last time I was there they had two men fighting in amongst the elderly people there and had to call the sheriffs department. I think the solution for me is to find a family owned recycling center where I feel they will give me the exact amount that I should be receiving.
