Definitely one of my top three burgers of all time and I live in CA, where we love our burgers. I had the cheeseburger without cheese, the bf had the mushroom burger. Both were amazing. I like some veggie crunch with my gooey burgers so preferred mine, but as a blue cheese lover, I liked his as well. We each had an order of fries and though we aren't huge eaters, had no trouble finishing both. I also enjoyed our conversation with the truck workers and learning about their close relationship with the cows thar provide their meat. Congrats to them on the top 11 burger from Yelp! After reading the glowing and informative review by Jeffrey S., we knew we had to try it out.  After checking their Facebook page to see if they'd be open on the last day that we were visiting Capitol Reef National Park, we were stoked that they would be open for dinner that night.  After a day spent hiking in the park, a delicious burger was my kind of happy ending.  Capitol Burger's truck is usually parked in the lot at Austin's Chuckwagon Motel at 12 Main Street.  When we arrived, there were a few people waiting for their orders already. After perusing the menu board, I kept it simple and opted for the cheeseburger with American cheese, house pickle, onion, lettuce, tomato, and fry sauce ($8.50). Adding a drink and fries for an additional $2.99, I thoroughly enjoyed this meal.
