    This is absolutely the worst place to buy a hot tub. I warn you don't do it! I bought a spa from them in March and have had nothing but problems. Don (owner)is the biggest problem as he is unprofessional and unwilling to fix the product that he is legally obligated to fix and maintain because it is under warranty. It is brand new. I spent $5000 on a hot tub and it has been replaced with three damaged hot tubs in a matter of seven months! When the spa was originally delivered to me it had damage on the structure of it as it look like a forklift had gouged it badly. He sent out one of his employees to sand it down, yes I said sand it down! This made it much worse and I called him and told him I was not happy with it and he said "well too bad it's not like I'm going to replace it! "As he continued to scream and yell at me on the phone I said I paid you $5000 and you will replace it. He ended up hanging up on me and Joe, I believe he is another owner of the store or at least he has some position that gives him authority there called me back said he would take care of it and ordered a new spa to be delivered. The new spa was delivered and it also ended up having structural problems. The entire bottom of the hot tub was bubbled up badly all over more than five or 6 inches tall. I called and told them about it and he sent a tech out to try and resolve the issue a couple different times. They ended up removing foam out of the bottom of the spa, the Foam is there to insulate the spa so this is also a concerning way of solving .....this did not work and the spa continue to have a manufacture defect in it. About four weeks after my initial call about the second spa Joe called me and said he ordered a new one and it would be delivered. I thanked him and set up a date and it was delivered today. This hot tub also had gashes out of the inside of it it looks again like it is from a forklift. I am so irritated at this point because I feel like they should be inspecting their product before it gets delivered and confirming that everything is in good condition.One of the techs,Michael, who has been really great and none of this is his fault ,called and told them about it and Don of coarse is just mad at me about it! So he says I can keep this damage spa or I can take the damage spa they just put back on the truck. That is unacceptable to me I said they can either credit me back the entire spa and take it away and we can be done with each other or they can credit me half of the spa and I will keep the damage spa or he can order me a brand new spa ,check it for damage before it's delivered to me as I did pay $5000 for a new product. He said I'll give you $100 check! This guy is unbelievable. If you have a problem with your spa he does not stand behind his product and it is illegal for him not to honor the warranty. It is not my fault that they keep delivering damaged product to me that's his fault. So he has chosen to keep my $5000 told his employees to leave and he left me with a damaged spa that he plans on doing nothing about. I called the store and told him he has to rectify the situation or I will write a bad review, picket outside his store, and call every news station that will listen. His response was"bring it on baby". So unprofessional. I would encourage you to NEVER EVER BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS STORE!!!!He thinks one review won't ruin him but I will make sure he either resolves the situation or reviews and complaints will eventually impact his business.I have pictures of every single damage spa that he sent my way and I will show those to every review site, and every news station as well as the BBB. This hot tub has a five year structure warranty as well as a five-year shell and surface warranty so that I'm being argued with about this is absurd. Don you should be grossly apologetic and completely embarrassed that your continuing to allow bad product to be delivered to a costumer over and over. The only narrative I should be hearing from you is that you are extremely sorry for what has happened and you , as the owner, will absolutely make it right. Good luck Don in this era of social media I will continue to post and post and post and post and post......Well, you get the idea! In response to Don's post reguarding my post....You are not resolving an issue with a customer when you replace one damaged product with another. It is your responsibility to check out your product before it is delivered to me. I don't need my " emotions satisfied " I need my "finances satisfied".Meanwhile , I have taken steps that are headed your way to force you to resolve this issue. As a courtesy, I have contacted the Better Business bureau, before taking further action against you. They have contacted you and you are encouraged to resolve this issue through them or I will take further steps.

    Just had my Freeflow Azure hot tub delivered today and I can't be more happy with my purchase! I had to wait three months for it to come but it is so worth it. Perfect timing too now that it is cooling off (finally). Thanks to covid all my vacation plans got cancelled so I decided to buy a hot tub instead. The process was so easy and delivery was a breeze. I bought a plug and play with doesn't require any electrical upgrades, just a regular outlet. I understand delivery is even longer now that supplies and inventory is in short supply. My recommendation, buy now and look forward to your spa delivery like you're waiting for Santa on Christmas Eve. We all need something to look forward to these days, right?

    Great customer service, was very thorough in his explanation and presentation of the different spas and their features. We purchased our spa here and won't have to wait 8-10 months to get it unlike other places. Highly recommend!

    I bought a Caldera Cantabria from this company two years ago and the entire experience has been amazing. Not only was the price 3,000 less than their competitors but the customer service is second to none and they always treated me with dignity and respect. I was having an issue with my water chemistry and the owner (Ron) walked me through the entire process of what I need to do and he even gave me some free cleaning supplies. That's just who they are, a great family owned business. I highly recommend purchasing from them you will not regret it.

    It's been a long time goal of mine to own a spa and Capitol city hot tubs made this a reality. I purchased the azure free flow plug in model and within a week it was delivered and set up. During the quarantine, I've been enjoying the relaxing sensations of soaking in this hot tub daily and nightly. The Azure is good for up to four adults, and my children love it was well. It's like my own piece of vacation and leisure right here in my own back yard. Props to my buddies at Capitol city hot tubs for making this happen. I look forward to many more days and nights of relaxation in my Azure free flow spa. ...

    We did our homework on looking for the perfect hot tub for our backyard. Initially we thought we'd go the big box store route, like Costco but were soon convinced that that wasn't going to be an option for us. We called in to Capital City Hot Tubs and met Don Luke, owner with several decades of experience in this industry and quickly came to understand the intricacies of hot tub buying. We felt no pressure and just to be sure that our gut feeling was right about Capital City, we went to a major comparable competitor and crunched the numbers. We made our decision and came to an agreement. Everything went as promised and after waiting six weeks (as predicted) our hot tub was delivered and professionally installed on Christmas Eve. We love it!!! Kevin was a pro at this and he and Mike had the tub in place and filled within a couple of hours. Later that evening we jumped in. We couldn't be happier with the after sales service. Don helped us troubleshoot our hard water issues and one of the boys will be back to fill a small hole in the deck with silicone. We are confident that should a problem arise they'll take care of it.

    Love this place and the people who work here. We bought our very first hot tub from Capital City and it couldn't have been any easier! I had read reviews how they don't try to up sale and push high end products and those reviews were completely correct! They also sell a great brand. The guys who set up the hot tip were amazing as well. Took about 1-1/2 hours, they bring it in, set in place, hook with the electrical and fill with water. Once filled they run though all the info you need to know to maintain your hot tub. It was a lot of info but came with a cheat sheet! We are so happy went purchased our hot tub from capital city hot tub!! And you get a rubber ducky!!!
