Regal Custom Concrete was prompt, priced right and had the best solutions for our family. They understood our concerns and arranged a date to start promptly. Regal Concrete pumped the concrete through an existing window well and they added a vapor barrier on top of the existing exposed crawlspace floor, added fiber mesh to the concrete and rebar for additional strength, treated the ceiling within the crawlspace and finished and polished the new concrete as if it was on our front porch where everyone would see it! They completed the job with no mess - they even vacuumed our basement when they were finished! Within days our home had no residual smells and breathing was easier and healthier! Thanks Regal Custom Concrete. We plan on calling them back out for driveway, sidewalk and patio jobs soon! We highly recommend them to all.

They also took special care not to damage our roof as our house has a curved cedar shingle roof and the shingles are thin and fragile. Derek also picked up three very heavy clay chimney pots from the supply yard for us, saving us the hassle of having to haul these cumbersome items. He would always pick up his phone or call back shortly and answer the myriad of questions I had, despite probably being busy with his hands full. Overall I think they really try hard to please their customers and go out of their way to do it, their work is good and their prices cannot be beat. We will definitely use Extreme Masonry and Tuckpointing again in the future and highly recommend them!
