If I could give negative stars I would. So very disappointed in the crew Adam sent to do a "recap"…read moreof our existing patio. After Fall completion it immediately started cracking and chipping away. Totally uneven, unleveled, wavy edges and what Im sure was to look like expansion joints were an afterthought and look like the were drawn in with a tree branch stick. Complained immediately, told to wait it out through winter...in spring it just got worse as water got under the skimmed concrete causing more cracks. Supposedly work was guaranteed but try and get them to return your call or text on business or personal lines. Eventually sent a crew out to look at crappy work, salesman Adam on another visit when still no attempt to fix. Finally sent a crew while we weren't home to patch some spots...which started to crack AGAIN. Next repair offered was to power wash and apply a stain. We rejected that offer because it didnt correct the sloppy original job and sloppy repair patch. Now the company is telling us repairs cost 20% of original cost...and that was almost 6000.00. I hate being taken advantage of and we take pride in investigating companies to do business with. All Concrete Pros is not what they promise. As we near the end of our 1 year warranty on their work, Im guessing we are out of luck...and learned the hard way. People who come in our yard always ask "oh my, what happened to your patio?" And we tell them WHO happened to our patio. We repeatedly were asked to send pictures. We asked to talk to the owner and wanted him to come out and tell us he could be proud of the work his company provided. If this was a DIY that my husband and I did alone, never attempting cement work before, I could understand it looking this way, but when a business name says they are Pros, wouldn't you expect professional results? We did and All Concrete Pros did not deliver that.

I had some ideas, and Max listened to them and suggested alternatives that turned out better than I had hoped for. He was very responsive to calls and kept me updated all the time with progress. The wife liked how his team made sure the work area was clean and tidy at the end of the day. I would recommend these guys very highly and will use them again in the future.

I would not hire them again. My patio is fairly new. Before they came it was sealed properly…read more After they came it fell apart after 6 mo. They'll tell you every excuse in the book, saying the patio has too much shade, poor drainage, etc. But the fact is, it was sealed and fine until they came, resealed/sanded it and then it was a disaster. Now I have to get it redone properly again. What a waste of money that was. Do not listen to the excuses they provide. They will reply here and it's 100% a lie. They would not come and redo it for me. So I will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor craftsmanship on their part. And they would not resolve it, so not a trustworthy business. Come with the excuses. Adios. https://youtu.be/e7CbCTkfPxE - view of the shoddy craftsmanship applied to my entire patio. The whole thing looks like this now and did after 6 mo of them redoing the patio. Before this, I never had problems to this degree, period. Nothing even close to this state. My entire patio has sun hitting it, there's no excuses here. There's guards along the edge to keep plants from penetrating it, always has been. They'll throw every excuse at the book while other contractors will just make it right, even if they have to redo such a poor job that did not hold up even for a year.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with this company. I felt like the salesman who came out…read morerecommended a significant amount of work that was unnecessary, and the repair they ultimately offered was extremely overpriced in my opinion. The price they quoted me was around $3,000, and I've included some pictures below. What concerns me most is the lack of trust I now have in their recommendations. I previously hired this company to do tuckpointing work for me. About three years later, I contacted them about touching up a few areas, and I was told the work was already in bad shape. When I reminded them that they were the ones who had performed the original work, the response was essentially, "Oh, we can just repair these couple of bricks. It's not a big deal." After that experience, and now being presented with what I believe is an unnecessarily expensive repair, I simply don't feel comfortable doing business with this company anymore. When you hire a company and spend good money on their work, you expect fair pricing, honest recommendations, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, that's not the experience I had.
