It wasn't even covered in the move with plastic to protect it. They lost the handles for my refrigerator as well. Now I have to pay to have the dents and handles replaced. The manager at the storage unit where they took my things called me and told me they were drunk and broke his main gate because they were so drunk they couldn't find the code. Called how money for each step. Called for packing take, called for boxing items, called constantly instead of reviewing my items and giving me a quote for the job it was a daily harassment for money. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want broken and damaged items and being harassed daily for money.

He under estimated the job arrived with two men instead of three arrive with one truck instead of two charge me for the time it took to retrieve a second truck he took two lunch breaks and charge me for that time as well. The move lasted until 3 AM in the morning. He arrive late the day of the move. He arrived late on the initial move assessment. The crew reeked of marijuana. He stopped at McDonald's en route to unload and the truck and charged me for that time He arrive late the day of the move. He arrived late on the initial move assessment. He dented my refrigerator, assembled my son's bed without the screws, and which it collapsed on him while he slept. He broke my glass table, put a dent in the stairway wall. And he broke the control panel to my new dryer by aggressively, pulling and tugging on it to move it off the truck. I overheard conversations in which they spoke about their sexual experiences with women. A 900 dollar quoted job cost me over 2200 because of his inexperience in moving, arriving without proper equipment, including the right size trucks as well as his additional hidden fees. He charged me a $250 additional trip fee. He is not insured until this day has not replaced or refunded the cost of my damaged items, and refuses to return any of my phone calls I don't recommend this company to anyone particularly women in which you will be vulnerable to his scams and manipulation. He would never have done this to a man.

My move was completed at the end of August. They did finish 1 hour sooner because my boyfriend pitched in to help. It is now FOUR months later and we are still getting the runaround about our $111 refund. First, the person that handles refunds was not available. Then it has been excuse after excuse after excuse. Still no refund. We paid nearly $1000 for the move, asking you to honor your refund policy shouldn't be this hard.

I also had to use them twice, moving from a 3 bedroom home to a storage unit on the 11th, then to the new residence a week later on the 18th. Two guys arrived with a large Uhaul truck. They were 2HRS hours late for both moves. They did disassemble and reassemble some items with their own provided tools and shrink wrapped some items. However they did not reconnect my washer and dryer or reassemble a metal bed frame, which is now missing some bolts and unable to be placed back together. There is now a dent in my dryer. My washer is now off balance due to the rough handling, and will cost $150 to repair. A chunk of wood is missing from my dresser. The clip to hold the hose in place of my vacuum cleaner is broken, making it unusable. Mattress covers were filthy from sliding on the floor. Both moves were 6HRS each. Maybe they'd be best at smaller moves, but I cannot recommend them for larger moves, especially with appliances and larger furniture. I did reach out them about the damages, but they stated that they needed to be notified about ALL damages 24-48hrs after the move. Also don't pay a deposit unless you are certain about the dates because deposits are NON refundable. I would suggest they make these policies clear on their site for future customers.

I appreciated that so much because my anxiety and stress levels were at an all time high. Moving is such a headache for many people and I am grateful I took a chance on this company. One of my items (a lamp) was broken but they told me immediately and I was reimbursed for full value.
