We are back on the regular schedule now, but requested a full premium cleaning which includes a lot of the detail cleaning I haven't focused on (baseboards, dusting, windows, etc.). The crew of four worked very efficiently and were thorough in all the spots. My husband and I are still working from home, so we moved around when they had to come into our office spaces, no problem. Very communicative and flexible. Masks and booties were worn as well. FYI if you are a regular customer, they leave a basket of towels and certain cleaning tools (brushes, sponges) at your place which is great.

Long story short when she arrived at the studio with two of her helpers I told her I didn't think 175 was enough for a job and I was gonna pay 200 as that seemed fairer. When they were done about an hour and a half later she asked me to come check it. I went by and everything seemed fine however I failed to check carefully. . Only after they left and I was gonna go take some pictures for a listing did I realize they hadn't touched the refrigerator. It was full of food from the previous tenant and food in the freezer as well. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that they didn't even open because it had dirty towels in and some stuff on the shelves. It's just really strange. Anyway, I ended up cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer myself. I then ran a vacuum over the rugs and ended up with a complete container of dog hair and dirt so they definitely need a better vacuum. I really wanted to like them and give them a good review. However, I don't think they will improve on their shortcomings unless they are made aware. The last thing is the communication is a major issue.

I'm not home much and am not a deep cleaning type of person and ISA definitely excels at deep cleaning. They actually take pictures so you can see the difference in the cleanliness of areas I never touch. The dust on top of the fridge was crazy and who knew you could remove toilet seats to clean that area better! I travel a lot and though I sweep and vacuum I know my strength isn't cleaning and so I like having someone who is good at it stepping in. I have a two story 3k square foot home and they were able to do the first cleaning in 5 hours with 3 people. Afterwards they were able to clean with 2 in about 2.5-3 hours. I definitely got the value for my money with ISA. I also love how professional they are. They come to clean and they work straight through. They arrive on time too, if they say 8am, your doorbell rings at 8! They are a family who moved from MD to Florida and I'm so glad I found them!
