There are plenty of cleaning companies out there, go with them. I'm handicap with two kids, so I really rely on contractors to help me take care of my home. I don't mind paying and I don't expect things to be perfect, but this was just a shakedown with no respect for the customer. Dishonest This was the biggest thing. They missed their appointment twice and I was super chill about it. They were even 30 minutes late the day of the appointment with no heads-up. They promised to fix things on inspection but she lied and said they couldn't because they had another appointment. Another appointment at 4 PM? But, thats not all - The day they were supposed to come back out to re-clean the floors, I get an email saying the maids left the property because "they repeatedly rang the doorbell, but nobody has come to answer". But, guess what? We don't have a doorbell in our home and we were home the entire time. When I told her that, she didn't even respond back to the email. They ended up saying that we'll have to schedule and pay for another cleaning service Expensive They were 30% more expensive. I actually chose them because I thought this meant they were good, but I was so wrong. Quality of Cleaning They are bad at cleaning hands-down. Majority of reviews here are from AirBnB hosts or realtors that are not physically at the property or using the property. I mean the cleaning was terrible. They are understaffed. They sent one maid to clean my 2,100 house. It was very clear she did not want to be there and she did not make any attempt to hide that fact. She tried to leave before cleaning the basement, then tried to lie her way out of it. Luckily, my nanny was there to back me up. The maid didn't even have a mop. She had a dry towel attached to a broom. When we inspected the house end I asked them to go back and fix things, they said they couldn't because there was another appointment. They said they would come back another day free of charge but never did.

When I asked them to please move the car out of a backyard, the team broke my garage sensor. All of this was caught on a security camera and yet management STILL refused to reimburse me for the actual damages (I provided a full receipt) and I couldn't even get them on a phone call. There are much better services out there! You don't want to be using them if something goes wrong or there is damage to your property!

They accommodated our schedule since we needed to be gone parts of the next couple days, and came back tearing out paneling and affected cabinetry, and then finally sanitizing everything before leaving it for the restoration contractor. This occurred over a period of five days in our case They communicated well with us along the way, explained what the paperwork meant, worked hard and cheerfully and respectfully engaged with us along the way, and put our fears to rest I would recommend the Dale city team to anyone who is looking for a confident, respectful, take-charge-and-get-it-done cleanup team, even dealing with a really messy site.
