The price was also cheaper than expected, especially for the mobile service. Worth every penny, can't recommend them more. One small note, my windshield wiper cowling rubber trim was brittle. It absolutely isn't their responsibility to fix this. But, the installation required them to remove this cowling and the rubber crumbled. In hindsight, I should have bought a new cowling trim and left it inside for the installer. Make sure to check any trim/panels near the windshield and order new ones beforehand.

My windshield camera gave him trouble, so we made a second appointment. He was 55 minutes late to that appointment. He completely missed the third appointment and never showed up. Then he was an 1:20 late for the fourth appointment, which was an appointment at Honda. This caused him to miss that appointment entirely. Unbelievably... He was prompt for the fifth and last appointment. He finished the windshield and camera recalibration. Failed First Appointment: My first window was Thursday, 8 AM-1 PM. I took off work, but no one showed. They called at noon to reschedule and were dishonest about the reason for the delay. Broken Promises: I specifically explained I could not take more time off work. They assured me a 4 PM Monday slot was fine. The Monday Fiasco: On Monday, they called at 1 PM demanding I be home immediately or they would "have to reschedule" yet again. When I spoke to the technician, he admitted I was his last job and he was currently sitting idle with no other appointments. Unprofessional Management: The "shop manager" refused to give her name and was incredibly rude and interduces herself as the "The lady who runs the shop". She made it clear that her priority was not the customer's schedule, but ensuring her technician didn't get paid to wait for the actual appointment time she had already confirmed. This shop is run with a complete lack of integrity. If your insurance gives you a choice, go anywhere else. If they don't, be prepared for them to waste your time and treat you with zero respect.

The installation seemed fine at first, but earlier this month my vehicle suddenly broke down and had to be towed. The shop found multiple electrical issues, repaired them, and then the same problem happened again a week later. After further inspection, the mechanic discovered water leaking through the windshield, which was soaking the vehicle's electrical system and causing all the failures. I was specifically asked if I had a recent windshield replacement--clearly pointing to the installation as the root cause. I contacted Safelite, and initially they acknowledged the warranty and scheduled a technician to inspect the vehicle at the dealership, since the car was not safe to drive. The very next day, I received a call from a representative, Mykala, stating they could not perform a leak inspection outside their shop. I explained multiple times that the car is undrivable and unsafe, and cannot be moved. She said she would speak with her supervisor. What happened next was completely unacceptable. The supervisor refused to help, raised her voice at me, dismissed the safety concern, and ultimately hung up on me. Shortly after, my warranty claim was denied and the appointment was canceled. Not only was the issue caused by improper installation, but I have now spent over $2,000 repairing electrical damage directly linked to water leaking through the windshield. At no point did they take accountability or even acknowledge the possibility of fault. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and disregard. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. After taking your money, this is how customers are treated--dismissed, disrespected, and left to deal with the consequences. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services.
