I was referred to them by Pohanka Honda, where we bought our new HRV, after the rear windshield was shattered last week. Not only could they see me a day before Safelite could, they also quoted me much less than even Safelite's in-shop price to replace the windshield! When I got there, they immediately took my car back to start working. They asked if I would be waiting, I said yes, and they warned me it could be "a couple of hours," which was what I expected. I settled down, signed into the guest WiFi (for which they are happy to give the password), and got ready to do a few work calls in the waiting room. However, only about 45 minutes after taking my car back, the (very kind, helpful) receptionist informed me that they were almost done with the car! Almost as soon as she said that, they drove the car back around to the front and asked me to come out: they showed me the tape that should stay on the rear windshield for 24 hours, but also showed me that they cleaned all the broken glass out of the rear hatch (we had avoided touching it in case of cuts/injury). Not only did they clean the whole area out, they organized it neatly down to refolding and stacking the towels.

I scheduled an appointment to have the rear window molding replaced on my older-model BMW. Scheduling was seamless, and the lady who assisted me was very pleasant. I explained in advance that I would be purchasing the molding myself from Amazon. I had previously ordered the top portion of the molding on April 9, 2026, and I personally opened that shipment and verified that the correct molding was inside the tube. Wanting to replace the entire molding, I later ordered a complete kit, which was delivered early the morning of my appointment. Because I was heading out, I did not open that new Amazon box. I simply took it, along with the April tube, to my appointment. When I arrived, a gentleman met me and took my vehicle into the shop. Both packages were on the front passenger side. Approximately 10 minutes later, he came into the waiting room and told me the tube inside the newly delivered Amazon box was empty and that the other tube contained only the bottom portion of the molding. I was surprised. Although I could not dispute what he said about the unopened package delivered that morning, I knew I had personally verified the contents of the April shipment. He recommended that I purchase the molding directly from BMW and reschedule. After leaving, something did not sit right with me. I checked both packages and found them empty. I immediately returned to the shop and explained my concern to the lady at the front. She went into the shop and returned with a piece that she said was the wrong part. I knew that piece was not the molding I had verified in the April tube. The gentleman then came out and stated that both containers had been empty. When I told him that was not correct, he changed his explanation and said the piece the lady had brought out was what had been inside the tube. Again, I knew it was not. I showed him my April 9 order information. At that point, he appeared visibly irritated, pulled out his wallet, and asked how much the part cost--"$40 or $50?" I told him not to worry about it. He then opened my passenger door, placed two $20 bills on the seat, and walked away. I cannot say what happened with the Amazon package delivered that morning because I did not open it before arriving. I can, however, say with certainty that I had previously opened and verified the molding in the April shipment. What troubles me most is the changing explanation and the decision to give me $40 after I questioned what happened. If there was no issue involving the molding I brought in, I am left wondering why reimbursement was offered at all. I am not making accusations about something I did not personally witness. I am simply sharing exactly what occurred so others can draw their own conclusions. Needless to say, I will not be returning. My lesson from this experience is to photograph and verify every part immediately before handing my vehicle or materials over for service. I know what I brought with me that morning, and I know what I was told afterward. I'll leave the rest to God. Karma has a way of handling what we cannot.

My wife called the insurance company and an appointment with Safelite was made for April 21st, over a week away. We've had the car only a few days. It has only 1900 miles on it. I called the dealership where I bought it to ask for recommendations on getting it fixed and they immediately said they send all their glass jobs to Champion Auto Glass. I called and Ian the owner answered. He took my name, VIN, and insurance information. He told me he could get it done sooner and better. I said OK and called the insurance company glass department which is actually affiliated with Safelite. They had no problem however changing my claim to Champion. The windshield came in today and Ian rearranged his schedule so my windshield could be replaced. As promised, it was done sooner than what it would have been done. Ian is not only an awesome businessman who goes the extra mile for his customers but he's a nice guy. He has a trained, experienced, and professional crew who along with Ian, had my glass replaced and calibrated in only an hour and a half. Special shoutout to Jimmy at the front desk. He was busier than a cat covering its poo but I noticed he handled the numerous calls with calmness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the only reason to deal with this awesome company is if you have broken glass. I think I'll swing by with lunch some day.

When I asked for his name he wanted to know why I wanted it. I told him to properly communicate and address him with respect. He tells me his name, did not understand what he said, and when I asked again he abruptly hung up on me. I was very cordial and professional since I've owned a co. for 30 plus years. There was no reason hang up or to be rude. If you can't properly identify yourself, your business, then you do not need to be in business. I find it is better to know these things now than later. He should learn business etiquette and common courtesy which is a part of any successful business. He lost a customer, but earned this review within 30 seconds.
