What a stand up company! Professional, considerate, thorough, clear explanation of all work being done. Great company!

We hired CCI through an energy audit company. Now after 2 years, I can say that we've had some issues. Starting with the good: They answer phone calls quickly, and show up as scheduled. The bad: They cut an access hatch in a nice knee wall, and sloppily framed the crooked hole and closed it with a crude piece of plywood, using four deadbolts. Also, they accidentally sprayed spray-foam on our white garage door exterior, it turned yellow and unsightly. Their remedy was to repaint that one door panel, but it's a different white than the rest of the door, so it stands out. It took forever to get them to come fix the garage door, I re-did the access hatch myself. All in all, I'm not impressed with Cape Cod Insulation. read more

We tried to use CC Insulation for gutters on our home. Here's what I learned: If you're a homeowner or small builder this company treats you like crab. The quote was wrong from the start and they kept insisting it was right. Even though it was a clear math mistake they blamed it on the computer and said it had "never happened before.". When our one month lead time expired I checked back for a status and the new lead time was "2-3 months out." In the exchange that followed I was informed that they do not have a policy to confirm work dates with a customer.....the crew just shows up! Does anyone else find that statement troubling?? In parting, I will leave you with the wise words of Keith (one of the "management" folks) who told me that I was lucky there are "17 other gutter companies on Cape Cod." Do yourselves a favor and DON'T call Cape Cod Insulation for any gutter work unless you're a masochist! read more

Start to finish: they returned our call promptly and professionally, answered our questions thoroughly and explained the work they would do with carefully thought out and professionally presented literature and photos; their pricing was very fair and there were no hidden or surprise expenses. They arrived on time and finished on time and all their work exceeded our expectations. We were not at home one of the days they did work and they were so meticulous we needed to check the attic to see that the work had been done. Cape Cod Insulation installed closed cell foam insulation at the roof, exterior walls and under the floor of main room of our cottage. They were professional and the level of service was very high. There was an issue with the floor insulation, which they promptly correct. We would definitely hire them again. read more

I have found that Cape Cod Insulation is not a responsible company. I have called many times and have been put into voice mail, left messages, and never called back. Today I spoke with someone and he "guaranteed" I would be called back today. Didn't happen. I would give your $ to someone else, I know I will. read more

When we first called they put us in touch with an organization that could help us with energy conservation rebates which resulted in big reductions in cost to us. I had a large project which involved walls, flat ceilings and a very large and high cathedral ceiling. I was very impressed with the results. We had new wall mounted HVAC installed before the insulation. They were completely covered to protect them. After the work everything was cleaned up. Little things like every hole drilled between floors for plumbing and electricity was foam filled. Great job! read more
