We hired CCI through an energy audit company. Now after 2 years, I can say that we've had some…read moreissues. Starting with the good: They answer phone calls quickly, and show up as scheduled. The bad: They cut an access hatch in a nice knee wall, and sloppily framed the crooked hole and closed it with a crude piece of plywood, using four deadbolts. Also, they accidentally sprayed spray-foam on our white garage door exterior, it turned yellow and unsightly. Their remedy was to repaint that one door panel, but it's a different white than the rest of the door, so it stands out. It took forever to get them to come fix the garage door, I re-did the access hatch myself. All in all, I'm not impressed with Cape Cod Insulation.

Gus came into my house very respectful very polite and very friendly told me what his crew were going to do in the attic and they did actually what they said there were going to do and in a timely manner two days like Gus said. Chris came by several times to check on the guys to see if they needed anything and also checking with me and at the end of the second day came back to see how the job was done. I was very satisfied with the work the attic looks, amazing job well done. very efficient, testing the house for tightness before and after insulating. I could see the difference before and after it was like closing several windows in the house. my central air system was cooling down the house a lot faster than normal. overall was very satisfied with the work and the quality of work. These people are terrible. They came to my home in January to do blow in insulation, put in batting…read morearound an exposed pipe and some other work. The crew arrived late and began the job. 4 hours go by and the lead guy is talking about it coming back the next day because he had a job in Dover MA that he needed to attend to. I informed him that he needed to come back tomorrow and complete the job. He arrived next day and I watch as him and his partner rush through the job. He leaves holes in walls, my garage is full of insulation materials that he didn't blow in correctly, they failed to address a back wall (I have cameras there) although he tried to lie until I pointed out the cameras. All in all they did a terrible job. 2 days later the pipe that was supposed to be insulated froze and cost me $250 to have it repaired. I called the office and reported what happened and basically got the runaround. Eventually, they sent out a second group who noted several inconsistencies in the job that was supposed to have been completed. At this point, I realized that I no longer wanted them back up my home because if you lied to me the first time you'll lie to me the second and third time. I contacted the office again and I asked them to give me back some of my money so I could hire a company to complete the work that they did not do that is verified by their own second team contractors. We've been playing this game for the past four months. I contacted Adobe the company that hires homework and to date I have not gotten any satisfaction. I read the reviews on homework energy into my surprise or Betty yet to no one's surprise, they are the worst company out there. They do half ass jobs and when you call to complaint they give you the runaround.

Chuck was extremely thorough, both in his verbal explanation of what he was looking at during the inspection and the detailed report he provided afterwards. Following the inspection, I must have called Chuck at least a half dozen times with follow-up questions regarding possible issues he had identified. He returned every call promptly (many times well after normal business hours) and was very patient with me as I tried to understand what we were dealing with. His administrator Charlotte was also a pleasure to speak with and very helpful in setting up the appointment and taking my messages. Home inspection companies don't get any better than this!

Chuck came out and did a great job with our inspection - very detailed, thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It made it a no-brainer when we decided to sell the house and buy a new house in Attleboro. Our second Jigsaw inspector was Mark. He was at least as thorough as Chuck. We arrived slightly late for the inspection and Mark arrived early, so he had already perused the outside of the house and taken good notes. There were even areas that are outside of the scope of a normal home inspection that, while he didn't technically 'inspect', he made note of what looked sound and what we may want to pay particular attention to. We received a very detailed report with pictures, recommendations, and approximate time we have left before something may need repair or replacement. Because I don't plan on moving any time soon I don't want to hire Jigsaw again :) However, if I did need an inspection or if I ever hear of anyone who does, I will not hesitate to recommend them. They're great. No upselling, no BS...just a straight up professional home inspection by highly qualified people.

I called and person on call was in Yarmouth and it will take time. I told him no rush. He then called me and said his supervisor said it will cost $ 700 to come and I said your kidding and said don't come. I wrote a review in Yelp and a few minutes later manager of high efficiency appologized many times saying on call did not know situation and he will send over one of his workers. The worker came over and replaced a piece. I removed my review and now received the bill charging me $ 600 dollars ( labor) for visit. I paid by credit card but complained because i cancelled on call and spoke to I believe was a manager at High Efficiency. They offered a $ 100 dollar credit but not on my credit card but instead a $ 100 credit on a future overcharged invoice. Beware of this company. Does anyone know of a honest HVAC company on the Cape.

I made the mistake of signing up at their booth in Home Depot and have been paying for it ever since. It all began with signing up in October and being told that my system should be installed and running by May just in time for peak production season. After I signed all the paper work I never heard anything back. Finally last July I contacted them and after Several attempts managed to speak with someone who informed me that my project had gotten "Lost". They expressed their deepest regrets and apologies and told me I would be fast tracked as a VIP account. Which apparently meant another 5 months of waiting. So I finally did end up with Solar Panels in December 14 months after I had originally signed up. Fast forward 2 months to February and I have water damage all over my living room ceiling. After I contacted them they were very prompt about sending out someone to take pictures and then a few weeks later another person showed up to take pictures. Fast forward a few more Months to July and no one ever came back to actually fix the problem. After an email and multiple phone calls I have been told that nothing was done after the pictures were taken and that they in fact never actually did anything with the pictures so they are now going to need to send someone out a third time to take pictures. So while I would say that Solar panels are a worthwhile endeavor do not use NRG. I recommend to all my friends that they use any company they can find but them.

Met the sale representative and every looked good so we signed up. That was august, the panels were installed free on October and now its January 2015 and they are not turned on. Sent emails and made calls and finally spoke to a Rep at base head quarters in Houston , TX. The local building inspector is all set, local utility company is all set. The only missing is that the paperwork at the headquarters has not been completed. August to Jan.... I have not paid a thing to this company as i have no bills.
