Solid, good old American diner attached to a high end public golf course in the middle of hot California desert! I ordered the hot dog and cold beer from the tap. My father had double meat hamburger. Neither one of them had any particular good or bad of anything. They were just OK. However I liked that they had absolutely great French Fries. They came out hot, crispy and thick. Just the way I like them. Cool bar with hundreds of liquor bottles and choice of many beer on tap and canned beee from the local breweries. Try this place between the 9th and 10th holes, you probably will play too well the back nine.

Food was good, nothing spectacular but good. The views of the mountains and golf course made our lunch much better. Our bartender knows her drinks. She made my dirty goose on the rocks perfectly.

We came here because we didn't want to travel into town. This restaurant is on the Trilogy golf course. I was surprised by the service, food, and ambiance. It is a small local golf course restaurant with a limited menu for breakfast and lunch, but the food was very good. My husband had a grilled cheese sandwich with fries. The sandwich had a choice of cheeses, so he had a pepper-jack grilled cheese. The fries were plentiful and nicely spiced. I had their artisan turkey salad with chips, but they gave me fries instead. My sandwich was served 'dry' without mayonnaise or dressing, but the waitress provided whatever I wanted to put on it. All-in-all, a nice quiet pleasant experience for a short drive.

While it was made fresh to order and served with hot, crispy fries, the steak itself could have used a little more seasoning. Thankfully, the delicious dipping sauces--including a cheesy sauce and ranch--helped elevate the dish. I went with the Chicken Nachos, and wow...they were absolutely amazing! The portion size was huge and could easily be shared between two people. If I were to do it again, my sister and I would definitely split the nachos and save room for more spa-time relaxation. The only unexpected hiccup during our visit was a power outage. This was completely outside of Glen Ivy's control, as we later learned that Edison had temporarily shut off power to perform service in the area. Fortunately, power was restored within about 45 minutes to an hour. Thankfully, my sister and I had already taken our lunch break before it happened. What really impressed me was how the staff handled the situation. Once power was restored, team members walked throughout the resort personally notifying guests that services were available again. Their communication and professionalism helped make an inconvenient situation much smoother. I would absolutely return to Glen Ivy and Ivy Kitchen. Whether you're looking for something light or a more filling meal, they have options to satisfy just about every appetite. Combined with the beautiful spa setting and attentive staff, it makes for a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you're spending the day at Glen Ivy, be sure to stop by Ivy Kitchen--you won't regret it.

The Hispanic flair of this restaurant makes me excited to go back and experience more. The Vibe: of the restaurant is rustic, with foliage, wonderful decor, great lighting and art on the wall. They set a wonderful tone for a nice evening out with family or a nice date. Plenty of seating and even some just at the bar if you're in for a quick drink. The service: Jesus was our host and honestly we were very grateful for him. He brought in good suggestions, we let him know what we were debating on and he narrowed it out for us. He was wonderful in simple conversation checked in often and made sure we enjoyed everything. You would get 5 stars on his service alone. The food: There was not one dish we did not like from the appetizers, to the sauces that came with the chips, THE MOLE!!! I had the Branzino with the salad and it was amazing, the crispy skin, the seasoning was just on point. My Wife got the file braised short ribs and she does not usually finish her food and she cleaned her plate. She shared some with me and it was perfect!! We also got a side of mushrooms and they were amazing. My mother in law got the chicken Belagio, and she loved it. I had a taste of hers as well and the chicken was really good and tender even when fried. We usually don't get dessert when we get appetizers but we had to give it a go. The tres leches was pretty delicious, a little dry in parts but I did enjoy it. Overall Blackstone was a wonderful experience, when you have great service and a wonderful play on flavors you get the CJAC

They have a broad range of salads, sandwiches and wraps, and a few warm or other dishes, as well as desserts! The special was turkey chili, but as it was 90+ chili was not something I was wanting, so I went with the salmon tacos. The four street style tacos come with salmon, cabbage, pico de gallo and salsa, as well as a creamy sauce. They also have a small dallop of guacamole with a few chips. Overall they are very good, and there is quite a bit, so I see you could almost split these and be satisfied. I also had one of their coffee cupcakes and I was pleasantly surprised. It had a good, not overpowering, flavor which I really enjoyed. They also have a large selection of fountain beverages including flavored teas and vitamin water. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

They also have a sushi bar (so they say), but it was closed when we went at about 4:45pm. Thankfully, we just got in before Cafe Sole closed. They were cleaning up, but still allowed us to order anything off the menu. There are lots of choices, and all seem to have that extra little oomph to make it more like spa food... healthy, good quality, tasty. Even though you order from a counter while holding a tray, the food that you leave with is really good stuff. Take it outdoors and eat while enjoying the beautiful scenery... trees, plants, mountains, birds, pools - and people walking around in the swim suits, if that's your sort of thing :P The food itself is generally all around the same price $12-13. We ordered the Glen Ivy sandwich. Turkey slices, swiss cheese, avocado, sprouts, on squaw bread... Huge sandwich... and the best red grapes - so firm/crisp, sweet, and delicious. Plus a carrot cake for my mom's bday. She thought it was perfect. They also have wine & beer. Small plastic cups of wine for $6-7, but whatever, it was good. Friendly staff. Closes at 5pm, but get there earlier.
