I couldn't let just any framer work on this piece of art so I decided to use The Framing Corner. It was important that I get that personal touch, time and design care to make sure my painting is framed to show off it's beauty by working with a business that also feels a sense of ownership and care over my piece too. I was so happy I went to The Framing Corner. From the design consultation to the finished product I feel they not only worked with what I expressed I was looking for but they worked very hard to build a frame that allowed for as much of the painting to be exposed while keeping it within the designated space measurements. Their communication with me was very professional, organized and consistent. The craftsmanship on the frame they built was precise, with clean edges and my eyes are keen to see errors like that. The framers are so friendly and know their stuff. Your art is safe here and you will love how it will turn out once the Framing Corner gets their hands on it. The hardest part is the waiting.

Wendy and James were absolutely amazing. When I came to pick a frame I think James probably showed me half the frames in the store until I finally decided on two. My picture was actually done earlier than promised but when I picked it up there was a problem with the picture (totally my fault) and Wendy told me she could fix it by re-matting it but would have to charge me. I agreed and a week later my picture was done and I paid a very nominal fee for Wendy to re-mat it. They just took such an interest in me and my picture. I know when I have something special to frame again that I will always come here.

Dory helped find the perfect frame for my (pretty gigantic) painting, and it was about 1/3rd of the cost that I was anticipating for a work of this size. Dory asked me if I had any deadline and I told her I didn't, but that I also am not the most patient person so sooner is always appreciated. I did NOT expect that sooner meant the very next day. Today I picked it up, it was wrapped carefully and in perfect condition. I gotta find more stuff to frame at this rate, these folks are just that good. Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience with some of the much older women working in the fabric section and toward the back of this particular store has been very different. I've repeatedly encountered rude and dismissive behavior when asking for basic assistance, whether it was about diamond painting supplies, friendship bracelet thread, or yarn. They often act as though helping a customer is an inconvenience. Quite frankly, there have also been several instances where I felt they were surprised or uncomfortable dealing with a non-white customer, which is especially odd considering the wide variety of people who shop at this location. What makes the contrast even more noticeable is that whenever college-aged employees are working in the back, they are friendly, approachable, and willing to help without any apparent issue. Management should consider additional customer-service and cultural-sensitivity training for the employees in these sections. No customer should feel unwelcome or treated differently simply for asking for help.
