Service is always great employee's are all so kind. Food is always so good. I had a pretty big order & they got it out fast & hot & some items on the house, which is always nice.

I've been coming to this place since I was a kid. The food is out of this world and the staff is always so warm and welcoming. The place is always spotless and the I love coming here with my family. Would recommend to anyone looking for some comfort food.

It's pretty close by but also the quality of food is pretty good for how inexpensive the lunch specials are. You have to pay for the drinks, but so far I haven't seem a limit on the refill (I typically refill only once though but I've also been able to take the drink togo). I would recommend getting the salt and pepper pork chop - my dad says this is literally better than most places we've gone to. I think they season the batter, which is how its so flavorful. We also typically get the eggplant, which comes in a huge plate and comes with rice. My dad likes their curry but I'm not super excited about it. Its good, but not exciting, if you know what I mean. Service is typically pretty good. They move around pretty quickly and food typically comes out pretty quickly too. I would spend about 50-60 dollars and its enough food to last two people maybe an additional 2 or 3 meals, especially since most dishes come with a dish of white rice. The rice isn't great, like it's kind of dry, but its free so no complaints here.

The last few times I've ordered the kung pao chicken, it barely had any veggies. It used to come with a mix of colorful bell peppers, but now it's mostly onions. The sweet and sour fish used to be lightly battered and nice and meaty. On my last visit, it was heavily battered and you could barely taste the fish. I'm not sure if they changed chefs, but the difference in quality is definitely noticeable. It's disappointing because I really like the staff. They're always friendly and provide great service. I'm hoping the food goes back to how it used to be.

11/10 if that's an option!…read more I recommend two things: 1) Last time I was here, the House Special Filet Mignon Cubes ($20.50) was so good that my party ordered another one. The beef is thick yet somehow tender, and the sauce is perfectly glazed over the meat. 2) I also love the seafood chow mein ($15.95)! When trying a bite, make sure to get both soft and crunchy parts of the noodle haha, changing the texture makes a difference in the overall taste!

Their new breakfast special includes congee, a dim sum item, a side, and a drink. I do like that there are now more options for the breakfast sides. Unfortunately, the congee tastes different now. This used to be my favorite spot for pork and black egg congee, but my last order was watery and bland instead of thick and flavorful like before. I did enjoy the pork siumai and shrimp spring roll from the dim sum selection. I also tried the pineapple bun, but I expected it to be softer and more moist. The portion was also pretty small. I like that most of their drinks can be ordered unsweetened, but they only offer Sweet'N Low instead of Stevia or Splenda. I also recently tried the kung pao chicken and didn't enjoy it. The sauce didn't taste like traditional kung pao sauce, and the dish had very few vegetables and mostly onions. It's unfortunate because the food quality and flavor don't seem as good as they used to be.

It's pretty good here and they have complimentary refills! They're known for their rice noodle rolls here and you can order them, along with their small dim sum menu, all day long. The wonton noodles here were just $13.98! They come with 5 large wontons and vegetables over wonton noodles. I always recommend adding chili oil. The steamed spareribs on steamed rice have some bones, just like the ones you find at dim sum. But there's a lot of meat in the steamed rice bowl for a single person. A lot of customers seem to order Hainan Chicken Rice. Maybe I'll try that next time. Recommend ordering for takeout. The place kinda smells inside. Sorry to say that, but just being honest. There are a few tables for dine-in. Interior isn't very spacious. Seems like a hard working husband and wife team. FOOD: Stir Fried Filet Mignon with White Rice 5/5 $15.95. Happy with it. Fresh and tasty. Came with pickled veggies. Beef Stew Lo Mein 4/5 Wanted to like this dish, but it was okay for me. Wonton soup 4/5 Kinda was hoping this would be good. Average imo. Looking for a replacement of another restaurant that I usually get my Wonton Soup from. Didn't like the service & experience from that place, so looking for a new joint as replacement. Curry Fish Balls 4/5 $10.95. Interesting texture (different than other curry fish balls I have elsewhere). Curry flavor is fine. Bf likes it with the white rice. Preserve Egg & Shredded Pork Congee 4/5 $9.95. It was alright imo. Edible, but have better elsewhere. Vegetable with Oyster Sauce 4/5 It's fine. Just wanted some more vegetables to go with the dish. DRINKS: Vietnamese Iced Coffee 4.5/5 Kinda like it. Other place have it strong and bitter or too sweet. This places have it just right (to my taste) & price is right as well. Would reorder. $4.95

We had a mix of older Taiwanese who wanted dishes the restaurant is known for, and others who had different tastes.. Also, they forgot 2 dishes. We informed them after we were done eating--they were starting to clear the table after they brought dessert. We said they could just be cancelled because dinner was over. They went into the kitchen and when they came back they said they had already started cooking them. What coincidental timing! After 5-10 min they brought the two dishes anyway (!). Poor service and likely an outright lie. Why wait until after dessert to bring out two savory dishes? Based on anecdotes from friends it seems like service and food quality depends a lot on who they are serving.
