So many good things about this place, but a few negatives that slightly marred the experience. First, the areas for improvement: 1.) none of the USB ports at the bedside tables worked. None of the four. It's a mild inconvenience, to be sure, but having to plug everything up on the opposite side of the room was a pain. 2.) my shower wasn't clean. It's a lovely big shower with a little ledge inside for sitting/shaving, but mine had crusted soap (I guess?) from a previous and stuck to the ledge, there was hair in the shower, and shampoo (I guess) on the walls. Neither the hair, nor the old shampoo were mine. 3.) I could have sworn I selected the option for breakfast being included. I paid $250 for the room. Turns out I was mistaken and had to pay for my breakfast. In the grand scheme of things not the worst thing in the world, but when you're paying $250 a night breakfast shouldn't be an additional charge. This is a Canopy property, so of course the decor is stunning. There's a lovely fireplace in the lobby, and from the light fixtures to the artfully displayed knick-knacks all over the property, this place reads luxury. A few good things: 1.) the employees. There's an airport shuttle from Ithaca, and when the manager, Charis, came to get me he was incredibly kind. He took my bag to the hotel and dropped me at a local restaurant so I could enjoy happy hour oysters, AND he came back an hour later to pick me up. SO kind. Sam in the restaurant made breakfast a delight. She moved quickly and pays attention to guest needs. Great response time and knowledgeable about the menu. 2.) there's a free shuttle for local stops near the hotel. This is honestly the reason I chose this location as opposed to any other, and this free shuttle availability saved me at least $100 on Ubers during my day/night in town. They really don't mind running you here and there, and it's a wonderful little treat. 3.) breakfast is great. I was torn between the Eggs Benedict or the Lox, and at Sam's recommendation I opted for the Eggs Benedict. GREAT choice. The hollandaise is delicious, the bacon is crispy, and the English muffin is perfectly toasted. Poached eggs are an art form as far as I'm concerned, and these are beautifully done. The breakfast menu here in general looks great, and if this dish is any indication, you likely can't go wrong. 4.) they're actively working to reduce plastics at this location. I love that there are glass bottles in the room that you can fill with ice and filtered water on every floor. Talk about intentional. Kudos on this front. 5.) getting a late check out was easy. 6.) the location is ideal for exploring the Commons, a pedestrian block of little places that's crawling with college kids. It's easy to walk to a local bar and have a quick drink, but be careful where you go...I went to the Chantillery (or some such nonsense), and they absolutely scammed me on the one drink I ordered. The good things about this place far out number the negative, but for $250 a night, this should be a 5-star experience. Even though the hotel fell short in a few ways, the people here would encourage me to come back. I'd just ask housekeeping to go over the room once more before I checked in. read more

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Canopy by Hilton that I feel others should be aware of. I briefly pulled into the parking lot to get my belongings, and instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was confronted by a staff member who spoke to me in a threatening and aggressive manner. It was completely unprofessional and honestly shocking for a hotel that presents itself as upscale. On top of that, the parking situation is absolutely terrible. The layout is confusing, spaces are limited, and it feels very poorly managed. Even if you are a guest, it doesn't seem like there's any effort to make parking convenient or stress-free. Between the hostile interaction and the frustrating parking setup, I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels that treat people with respect and don't make something as simple as parking a headache. read more

Nov, 2024. Ithaca, NY. Five of us initially planned to stay in two adjoining rooms in this hotel for 4 nights (Monday thru Friday night, inclusive). We added an additional one night to our reservation when a snowstorm moved into our intended travel route into pennsylvania. My husband and I were mostly in a "premium" room with two queen beds, while our daughter, son-in-law, and their 5 month old baby were next door in a regular room with a king bed. We also moved to a regular room for the final night. We were all in Ithaca so our daughter could attend a work meeting; our SIL teleworked from the hotel; and we watched our little granddaughter. Location (rating: 5/5). The hotel was close to our daughter's meetings, a city parking garage ($10/day), as well as to the Downtown Commons area with shopping and restaurants. The rooms were quiet, with some muffled car sounds from the road but they were very minor. The area felt safe and the hotel elevator required a key card to access the upper floors. Hotel Quality (4/5). This is a modern, clean, well-maintained, and quiet hotel, with friendly staff and a restaurant/bar (a bit pricey), fitness center, and meeting rooms on-site. There's a pleasant sitting area off the restaurant with a fireplace, as well as an outside balcony off the 2nd flooEach room has climate-controlled air conditioning, a small refrigerator (no freezer), 55" lcd tv, cable channels, free wi-fi, private shower/toilet/sink area with amenities, hair dryer, coffee/tea maker, iron and ironing board, desk, phone, mobile key entry, and safe. A complimentary crib was provided for the baby. A number of things prevented us from giving our stay a 5-star rating. At 315 sq ft (sleeps 4), the room felt tight. The shower was difficult to maneuver into with the toilet right there. The fridge was small, made a lot of noise, didn't have a freezer nor was there a microwave in the room. The beds in the premium room were too squishy-soft for our preferences; we liked the mattress in the regular room. And, while the rooms were already somewhat more expensive than some nearby comparable hotels, the Canopy by Hilton did NOT include free breakfasts nor free parking. (The Friday night rate was $170/night with taxes and AAA discount). Finally, there were some minor maintenance and housekeeping issues. Two of the three treadmills in the fitness center were out-of-order, and housekeeping came to our room only at 4:30 pm on one of the days, and only after I put trash with dirty diapers in the hallway. Overall, we had a good stay but would likely stay at a less expensive hotel with more amenities (free breakfast, parking, microwave in room) when next in Ithaca. read more

Great location, the lobby is nice, the staff are welcoming, and the rooms are clean. With that being said, there are a few reasons why I took off a few stars. Our a/c didn't work and our room fluctuated between 74-75 degrees, the pillows were super lumpy and uncomfortable, the doors to the bathroom were really heavy to close, and the walls are thin. read more

Canopy by Hilton Ithaca has a wonderful restaurant on the ground floor. When they are fully open they also have tea and desserts. They are only open to people staying at the hotel during COVID-19. I hope they will open again. They have a bar and a library of great books to look at during your stay. Very modern and chic. Hotel is one of the newer places in Ithaca,N.Y. Stayed here for one night, got in pretty late and left early the next morning so we did not dine at the hotel but they had a cute breakfast setup and food didn't look bad. The room was nice quite large actually but there was an odd humming noise that was pretty loud going all night in our room. There was also an evacuation in the morning because of a fire the alarm was going off but as we were leaving our room no one was scanning the halls and no one was in a rush we assumed it was a drill. Thankfully it was just a small fire and it was shut down almost immediately. Overall pretty good experience. read more

Stayed in this hotel for a few days in October, so, during the pandemic. This hotel is in a great location right in downtown Ithica. Tons of food options and cute shops around. It's a very walkable location. The hotel doesn't offer onsite parking but there is a lot about a block and a half away. Valet parking is normally offered there but not right now. Parking wasn't too bad, about 10 bucks a night. No in and out. This hotel is Hilton's take on a boutique hotel. The lobby feels more artsy than a typical Hilton. Ample seating, fireplaces, tables and artwork can be found in the lobby. The hotel also offers complimentary bike rentals for guests. Another nice addition to this hotel is a second floor patio/deck with seating for guests. It's a nice spot to sit outside and enjoy a takeout meal. The room I had was pretty decent. Clean, modern furniture, and high quality toiletries. The bed was comfy and TV was up to my boyfriend's standards! The only thing I didn't love was the bathroom door, which was a sliding farm door. It didn't actually close completely. I was with my boyfriend so it didn't really matter but just something to consider. I suspect it's the case with all of the rooms and not just the one I had, due to the style of the door. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again! read more

My wife and I have stayed here twice in the last two months and both times have been quite pleasant. The staff has always been very polite and accommodating at check-in. Also dog friendly which was great for our shih tzu "Big Ern." The rooms are on the small side, but generally new, well furnished and comfortable. On our first visit we found what looked to be dog hair all over the bathroom when he checked in, which was slightly concerning considering this was during covid and Hilton has signs and stickers everywhere telling customers how well they sanitized the room. We had to call the front desk to have it cleaned up. The bar and restaurant area is very nice but unfortunately not operating at full capacity during covid. They offered a continental breakfast, which was seemingly always out of coffee and had just packaged little debbie muffins. Overall, the location and staff really makes this place, as both were excellent. Unfortunately they no longer permit parking on the premises which is somewhat annoying. We also were never offered a complimentary upgrade as promised via our AmEx Platinum card, and when we asked they moved us to an identical room on a higher floor, which was pretty dumb. But, overall a very pleasant stay right around the corner from all the bars and restaurants downtown. Will be back! read more

All together I'd say that my stay at Canopy felt like death by a thousand cuts. Nothing major major wrong, but lots of small and tedious issues that made me uncomfortable or otherwise left feeling like things weren't well thought out. For the cost of the one night stay ($275 for my single bed when it was all said and done) I can't possibly recommend it. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. I didn't have a reservation, and they hooked me up with a room and I think even gave me an upgrade of some kind. They communicated how the room key worked the elevator and that while a real-meal-breakfast wasn't complimentary, there was a complementary light cold breakfast that gets delivered to your door. Positive highlights of the room - the bed was comfortable and clean, AC worked well and was responsive to button presses, and the design of the room looked pretty cool. The shower was disappointing. There's a half inch gap between the shower door and the floor such that it spills water everywhere. The bathroom light turns off automatically after about 10-15 minutes of showering. The soaps are refillable dispensers bolted to the wall, which would be great except the body wash dispenser was completely empty. Topping it off was the colonies of black mold forming in the grout. Complimentary light breakfast is, per what it says on the bag; fruit, a yogurt and some juice, requested by filling out how many people need food and what time on a brown paper bag in the room and hanging it outside your door. There was no pen in my room to fill it out, so I hung the bag unmarked on my door. The bag got picked up and delivered, and I received 2x5.5oz cans of apple juice, an orange, and a banana. WiFi was a hassle to set up, and after about 5 minutes of filling out forms and getting errors for "too many redirects", I went downstairs for dinner and halfway into the meal my phone spontaneously connected to the internet. As for the restaurant, the service at dinner was unimpressive. I sat myself down to become the second seated table in the place. After ~7-8 minutes I lost faith that it was actually seat yourself dining so I got up to ask the server for a menu myself (I'm honestly still not sure whether it's seat yourself dining, I didn't see a host or sign and nobody met my eyes). The burger was well seasoned and you could taste the truffle aioli, though it was dry and homogeneously grey (no pink at all) despite ordering medium rare. The fries were delicious and crispy, and had an old fashioned that was really good. All together, I was able to get a room at the last minute when I needed one, but for a pretty decent chunk of change I would expect the attention to detail to be there, and I wouldn't come back. read more

So the hotel is very clean and I like the crushed ice machine next to the water. Was very handy for water bottles to be filled before heading out for hiking and wine tasting. The front desk staff seemed frazzled when I checked in. Never offered the local complimentary gift. Had to park in the parking deck away from the hotel and heads up the parking is independent from the hotel so you do not charge your room. You pay as you leave. The good thing is it does not charge for weekends. Was ok but will look at cheaper Hilton properties in the future. read more

I was going to give this hotel four of five stars because I thought the rate was kind of high for a town like Ithaca. However, I took off two more stars because there is no on-site parking and guests must utilize a municipal parking garage about a block away. This isn't mid-town Manhattan where people take a cab or Uber from the airport. This is Ithaca and you get here by car. The parking garage was dark, dirty and on this particular weekend, the elevator was not working forcing a four story schlepp multiple times. Oh, and there's no in & out privileges. read more

TERRIBLE! I had a last minute vacation to plan after a wedding got canceled and I decided to keep the vacation days since having not taken a single day off all summer (or since March really). I booked this place only a few days before my stay and was told there weren't any COVID-19 First Responder rates available left...disappointing of course, but given that it was not super far in advance I decided not to dwell. When I arrived, check in was EXTREMELY slow. I had maybe 2 parties in front of me and it took over 30 minutes for me to be helped. I went out for dinner and ended up eating at the hotel restaurant/bar. Speaking of slow...dang, service was CRAZY slow at this place. I fully was intending on ordering another drink but I waited so long I gave up. The pizza was delicious. When I got back to my room I found that the TV wasn't working...at all. I called down and was told by Jen that someone would be up shortly. 45 minutes lates, I called down again, and was again told that someone would be coming up shortly. If you couldn't guess....nobody came up. I went down the next morning and informed the front desk staff of what happened; they had no idea what I was talking about, but were very apologetic, promised to work on it during the day and I went off hiking all day. Arrived back to the room that afternoon with the TV on (yay), only to have it stop working 15 minutes later (mer). Called down to the front desk, Jen the front desk manager answered, who this time admitted that there was no one on premises that could help me (fine, I figured); super apologetic, promised to "comp" my stay. I was exhausted and just told her it could be discussed when I check out the next morning. The next morning when I went to check out, there were 2 young women at the front desk who had NO IDEA about any of this. I was shocked that there was no note or anything left indicating that anything had happened. These women informed I should call back to speak with Jen because they did not have the power to do anything to compensate me. This was at the very beginning of my trip, so I put it out of my mind and tried to enjoy the rest of my trip (which I did!). When I got home, I had a few personal things to juggle and did not have time to reach back out to the Hilton/Jen for a few weeks. When I did, I initially spoke with Kyle who was a DOLL; again, super apologetic, told me Jen had just arrived, and would call me back within 10 minutes. 3 hours later, Jen returned my call. She was extremely rude and defensive from the start; stated she did not remember me nor were there any notes from my stay. she offered me points however I told her I was not interested in points as I did not know the next time I would be staying at a Hilton. She proceeded to become irritated with me, raising her voice at me, and asking me "what do you want?" aggressively over and over. I was so taken aback, I didn't even know how to respond. I said I didn't want points, you have no other solutions? and now you're becoming angry at me? She ultimately forwarded me to her managers voicemail (Greg); I left him a voicemail, and 2 days later have still not heard back. I'm not good at the whole "I need to speak to you manager" thing -- I like to believe the best in people, I tend to see the positive in things, very bright eyed and bushy tailed, I give many f*cks about how the people around me are treated and also perceive me. Do I really care about TV? Not really. But, as a someone who was traveling alone for the first time, after a really tough year at work having to witness things I never dreamed I'd see, trying to keep that positive attitude through it all, there is something to be said about treating yourself to a little mindless background noise and entertainment. Also, this was my most expensive hotel I stayed at during my stay and to be lied to on that first night not once, but twice, and then treated the way I was treated on the phone this week...completely disappointing and disheartening. We have been waiting for almost 6 hours ( it's 11pm) and we havent been able to be checked in. They finally gave us a room but when we walked in the room was not even ready, there is trash in the bin and the bed sheet was not changed at all. The real issue with our stay was Kate at the front desk. She was rude and condescending to me and demeaning to a colleague in front of me. I don't think Kate likes her job, her co-workers, customers or dogs. She was such a complete downer. Otherwise, the hotel was fine. Everyone on staff was working hard and being friendly. I visited Ithica this week and stayed at the Canopy by Hilton Ithica Downtown and I am so glad I did! The hotel itself is really nice and CLEAN. My room was big and again really clean. I am a clean freak when it comes to hotels, especially with Covid and I would 100% stay here again. The staff was really nice and helpful. They answered all the questions I had and I needed something printed but they don't have a place for guests to print things, I spoke to the woman at the desk and she told me to email the documents to her and she will print them for me. It was really nice. Unfortunately, when I was there the restaurant and bar were closed but they had coffee and breakfast in the morning. I didn't try the breakfast but I asked if they can make decaf coffee for me in the morning and they made me a new pot. THE LOCATION IS PERFECT!! I walked all around the downtown area. The hotel is a few steps from the restaurants, bars, and everything! Also, parking is super easy. There is a parking garage 1 min walk from the hotel. The parking is a dollar an hour or $10 overnight. I pulled up to the front of the hotel and unloaded my car and bring my stuff to the room then drove to the parking garage, then when I left I did the opposite. It was pretty simple. read more

I stayed here for one night while traveling to Cornell Law School for business and while the room was comfortable enough, it was an unpleasant place to stay and I'd recommend anywhere else in downtown Ithaca. Hotel management appears disorganized, unfriendly, and will add additional fees or costs for guests whenever possible -- with me, they sent three separate bills for my stay, some of which were double the amount I agreed to pay, and they imposed fees on my room without warning or notice. When I've tried to call them about the issue, they send me to voicemail and never returned my calls. This effort to squeeze money out of guests felt constant and petty, for instance: (1) the hotel slows its internet service for guests unless you pay an extra fee, and (2) the hotel does not have any parking, it asks guests to pay for public parking after they've already checked in. All in all, staying here felt like a mildly comfortable rip off -- try Argos or the Marriott instead. read more

VERY unimpressed with this hotel and its staff. We got to the hotel at 8pm and it took us a full hour to check-in, unload our car, get into the room, and park (off-site a few blocks away in a public garage that we had to pay for - which was also super dirty). By 9 am their onsite restaurant is closed, but so were most of the restaurants in the area. This was an especially disappointing feature of the stay as we had just driven over 10 hours from Indianapolis. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and rude. The day we left, I was getting out of the elevator and it closed on me, which I told the front-end staff, and no one at any point followed up as would be expected. The hotel has rat traps along the outside of the building and the outside bins were overflowing/spilling over. I would say don't stay here unless completely desperate. read more

Stayed the night here - positives, the room was quiet and really comfortable - the chaise lounge was super comfy and the bed was great. Negatives: the bathroom is *really* small. So incredibly small. And, the parking situation is terrible. Had I known I'd need to park 2 blocks away, pay $12 for one night, and walk back and forth, I probably would have stayed at the cheaper Hampton inn outside town. ..... It is a young hotel and so are the staff, they seem inexperienced, easily overwhelmed and unfamiliar with their computer system. My girlfriend was welcomed with a smile but for some reason I was regarded less warmly by the Asian woman at the desk. A different time, I asked a young black woman at the desk about extending my stay & with attitude she asked if I was already a guest. If I'm extending my stay I'm already a guest right? Don't condescend me Biatch, just ask me what room I'm in. It can be difficult to get the attention of the restaurant staff, be ready to stand there awkwardly for a few minutes waiting as Rico Suave, the bartender, ignores you to flirt with chalky white women at the bar. The restaurant is inconsistent about their dog policy, one night the waitress will be cooing softly about how cute your dog is & another night a Sasquatch, the manager, will firmly tell you it's not allowed. At another point an Elmer's glue in the face white lady avoided eye contact & was dismissive about their food running out in the kitchen. She clearly didn't wanna be there. I found it ironic how transparent she was about it considering the ghostliness of her complexion. Food runs out of the kitchen early so don't expect a later dinner. There's a 50/50 chance they will clean your room when asked. Saturday our room was cleaned when asked. Sunday I had to ask twice and someone came took 2 glasses out then put the clean sticker on the door. They didn't actually clean anything. As I was making my own bed..... I discovered they don't actually have a duvet cover for the duvet. Ewwwwwweeeee Like are they washing it? Am I sleeping with a blanket that's been on other people's bare skin? Next time don't make me make my own bed. read more

One of the most simple yet cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The place was amazing! The room was the perfect size with two queen size beds . The room had an amazing view of a large window. When speaking to Josh specifically he spoke very condescendingly towards me and not only did not have answers but gave no indication that he would attempt to find answers to my booking concern. This is a delayed review, but I had the most haunting experience staying at this hotel that I think I've ever had. And not in a ghost way. I was stalked by the staff because they didn't properly process my payment when I was reserving a room and didn't catch this at checkin. I was in town for a jam-packed weekend of family events, and when I got back on Saturday afternoon for a precious one hour nap, the manager came banging on my door demanding payment. She claimed she'd been calling me, which I then noticed she had, but the calls had gone straight to voicemail because that's what my phone is set to do with unrecognized numbers. Also, I was busy reconnecting with family I hadn't seen throughout the pandemic or years before. I was seeing babies and new spouses I'd never met. So, my phone was silenced, and checking for unknown calls was not exactly on my mind. I had to miss my nap so I could come downstairs with a credit card and pay to make up for their negligence. Seriously, take your customer's word for it when they tell you something went wrong on their end, not yours. Is getting the payment on time really worth disrupting someone's whole day and getting this terrible review? Additionally, I had to visit 3 different rooms before I found one that wasn't either reeking of mildew or thumping from bass somewhere nearby. Each time, because no one was answering my calls to the front, I had to bring all of my luggage all the way back down to the lobby and ask for another room. The rooms are small, minimalist, and cramped, so you can't really relax in them. I think I got some kind of discount when I raised my issues at checkout, but looking back, I should not have paid at all. Horrible experience. I love this hotel! Jen at the front desk is amazing! Note that this hotel is extremely short staffed. There was only one person at the front desk at a time, and they are both checking in multiple incoming guests and taking care of current guest needs at the same time. They truly are overwhelmed. I understand Irene C's frustrations from her review, but having stayed here three nights, I also saw the guests piling up in a line and couldn't help feel bad for the staff. That being said, there are so many great things about this hotel. Fairly new, modern, clean, boutique style hotel. Rooms are immaculate. Nicer toiletries, dog friendly, and great location in downtown Ithaca. Close to great restaurants and shops (walking distance). Most impressive was the central air condition in each room. No humid noisy wall unit air conditioner, which is great after a day of hiking. We are Hilton Honor's members, and Jen upgraded me and my husband to room with a great view. The hotel gives complimentary maple candies from a local family owned maker. The rooms are housed with nicer Nespresso coffee, but don't overlook the delicious local coffee from Forty Weight they served downstairs every morning. The lobby/ cafe is beautiful, complete with bar, seating area, and fireplace. The cafe opens up into an outdoor space. You must try the pizza at the cafe. Zach/ Zack (spelling?) makes the pizzas every night by hand with fresh local ingredients, and it's one of the best pizzas I have ever had (I reside in the NYC area). Please don't leave without trying the pizza. Also, the guys at the bar are very nice. Note to hotel management- In general, all the staff was so helpful, but please give Jen and Zach some sort of recognition or compensation for doing a great job. read more

The drinking glasses in the room were grimy and there was a layer of dust on the base of the phone. Kinda gross, and it really colored my entire experience of the place. The front desk said they'd let housekeeping know, but it was too late for me to have a good experience. I would have expected that they might make a concession, offer breakfast perhaps, but no. Friendly staff, but poor communication between housekeeping. We had to practically beg to get our room cleaned- asking more than once, sometimes more than 2x. This past Saturday, i asked once, my husband asked 2x. After being out all morning, around 2pm, I asked and reception responded with I don't know when they are coming. At 3pm, my husband asked again, and the response was they left. In a span of a week, it was only properly cleaned once. This affected the comfort of our stay. I also noticed that their was a skeletal cleaning staff for the common area. With the pandemic, I would think that would be a priority. read more

My (24-27 y/o) roommates and I traveled to Ithaca to simply hike and chill out. We stayed at this hotel because we thought the second floor balcony would be a cool place to hangout after hours during boring covid times. We were immediately impressed by Kaitlyn at the front desk who answered more questions than we knew we had. We were repeatedly greeted by staff that remembered us and had amazing service at the bar and restaurant. But most importantly, chef Zach concocted the most amazing homemade ricotta cheese we have ever had. There is an amazing attention to detail in every dish, both in flavor and presentation. Each bite had the perfect texture, flavor and variety. The pork belly was mouth watering, the pizza crust was perfection and the dessert was innovative. Eat here, stay here. Will we eat and drink here again tomorrow? Yes. read more

Hotel check in was easy. Valet is $17 think it's money grab but no close parking. My room was clean but over looked an ally way and lots of garbage. I did switch rooms. Looked for the room service menu but none was around. Really wanted room service. Went to the front desk asked for one they don't offer room service. Maybe in the future. For $450 night the darn well better have room service. This is a Hilton yes new but they should have their act together. Waited 20 minutes for valet to get my car. They leave a brown bag in your room and if want danish and coffee you put it out side the door. Dumb idea. The bed is very uncomfortable. It's supper soft so your head ends up being below your feet. The employees try to be nice but definitely under trained. The fitness center well you get your cardio in. All said It's enough of a reason for me not to come back. For $900 for the weekend and being a Hilton the value to dollar spent was poor. Definitely not my first choice next time up to Ithaca. read more

We stayed here for one night, and didn't arrive until after midnight. Maurice checked us in, and was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue using our remote in the room which was a small nuisance, but when we called Maurice, he helped us figure out how to use my cellphone to control the tv. He granted us a late check-out so we could still use the gym and the complimentary bicycles. When I came down in the morning to inquire about breakfast, and the front desk (I think her name was Monique) was helpful as well, very informative and did whatever she could to make sure we had a great stay. Every staff member we encountered aknowledged us and made small talk. (The valet, breakfast server, and even maintenance.) Thank you so much. We will definitely be back. read more

The hotel is new and the staff was nice. We loved our room and the furniture instantly. We were really looking forward to our 3 night stay the moment we entered the room. Unfortunately, the walls between the rooms as well as the ceilings separating the floors are made of paper: we could hear our neighbors enjoying their sex life and, upstairs, someone was happily jumping up and down. And although we were on the 6th floor, the traffic from the main roads surrounding the hotel was clearly audible. We ended up checking out after only 1 night. The hotel was not anywhere near capacity. I can only wonder as to why the management would not spread out guests more evenly across the hotel instead of packing them next to and on top of each other. read more
