Nice hotel. Stayed overnight for a college tour at nearby Cornell University. About 30 minutes to campus. Located in town, near many fast food chains and stores. Must have been some other chain earlier. Nicely remodeled. Inviting lobby, breakfast area and public spaces, including gym.
Room was handicap enabled, though we did not request it. Arrived at 830 so that may have been a choice at that hour. Door led into a small living room w a pull out sofa bed, in wall table and a big screen TV on the wall. Down a short hallway was the bathroom, no counter space around sink due to handicap accommodation with toilet and tub. Shower was complicated, but water pressure not great. Room not well lit. Next was counter w coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. Would have appreciated some paper towels. Separate door leading into bedroom w two Queen beds, a bench under tv in wall and a night stand between beds for clock and phone. Little closet next to bed. Again too dark, not enough lighting. Room okay, but lighting and window heat/ac which did not flow to living room and was kind of hot, even in March.
Breakfast good, everything bagged except oat meal. Couple of sausage muffins and a spinach quiche, plus bagels and waffles for reheat. For Covid area breakfast better than other hotel chains.
Parking okay. They advertised EV charging and had two Tesla chargers and one j1772 charger, not enough for hotel so we didn't charge. Would stay here again. read more
