This place is AMAZING! We went twice during our trip for dinner. I recommend the papaya salad, pineapple stir fry and the pad Thai. The menu is so unique and everything is fabulous. Just go.

Fresh (although watery) smoothies and juices! Gluten free and vegan options... winner in my book. Wait time? You're on the beach. Know your audience and adjust your expectations. Things move slower here. Relax. Love this place. Ate breakfast here every day. Vegan chia pudding is mind blowing with passion fruit flavor! Gluten free fruit crepes great way to satiate an alternative to homes "comfort food." YogaShala guests get a 10-15% discount. Dinner... Spring rolls with tamarind + peanut sauce were yummy! Tamarind sauce is beautiful, sweet and tangy. I didn't care for the lemongrass iced tea tho -not my favorite tea flavor. I am very pleased! Thank you staff at Canopia!

We ordered the omelette caprese, fruit plate, açaí bowls, and a breakfast bowl. **The açaí was the best I've had in Tulum.** The açaí was so light and fresh, with a pure açaí base, not blended with yogurt or juice like most places. Adding a side of granola made it perfect. The fruit plate was great because you could mix everything into the açaí and my friends really liked the breakfast bowl and omelette. They also brought us teas in the cutest teapots. Open, airy, beachy, and super relaxed with super healthy food options. My friends and I really enjoyed our slow breakfast here

Welcome to Frescos. Lets get to the food shall we. Vegan Bowl - Once again, I can't reiterate enough to how partial I am to vegetarian dishes. All of the veggies from the Cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli, carrots all the way to the shallots had perfect texture and char. The mushroom is on point and the quinoa is a perfect supporting role. 8.9/10 The service was very prompt and intuitive. The atmosphere was nice and chill and I would definitely recommend. Have to compare the two as they're side by side and have the same product offering . Service - 4 vs 4.5 ( the other is more attentive , they constantly replenished our ice / water bucket, I didn't have to flag the server). Food - 4 vs 3 ( the burger here was quite good but the nachos tasted stale , food was on the small side especially the chicken wings at the competition) Ambiance - 3.5 vs 4.5 ( the other place is more Modern , have a swimming pool, they have a dj and dancers). If they reduce the amount they charge, are more attentive, the whole experience will be better and more would consider coming here . It's a good alternative especially because it's beach front ( both are )

You get a tranquil atmosphere and just a few paces away from the sea and this restaurant/bar is completely open-air so you can feel the breeze and soak in the ocean view. The menu is a Mexican culinary experience elevated and with an emphasis on the grill and crafting the food by hand. There's a wide array of unique signature drinks and cocktails influenced by the tropical atmosphere and nature. We ordered the cocktails. One was a chocolate milkshake and a whirlwind of dessert flavors. Very satisfying. The is more citrus based but just as delicious and is the perfect drink on a hot day. We really enjoyed watching them make the guacamole at our table by grinding oven roasted avocados into a flavorful mashup. Then they bring out the tostadas fresh off the grill and it is heaven for guac lovers. Also, their papas are really good. Thick slices of potatoes dressed in a delicious sauce. Service at the restaurant is also excellent and they really aim to please you. Enjoyed both our meals here very much.

The highlight of the entire night was the baked fig appetizer! It was gooey and delicious! We also ordered the whole fish baked in the wood fire oven. The fish of the night was yellowtail. First time to ever eat a whole fish and wow was it good! For cocktails we got the Pilar, which had the lightest hint of hazelnut, and the Emerald whiskey cocktail. It was unique, but the Pilar was better. Service was very attentive and made great recommendations. Go check this place out and try and make a reservation for the weekends.

I've been eyeing Casa Banana every night we've been here and it felt so much more chill compared to all the surrounding party restaurants. It was the perfect stop for a reset. The vibe was top tier. So intimate and cozy, and it felt really nice sitting by the fire on such a chilly night. Our server Joaquin was so friendly and attentive and took great care of us. The octopus salad was so lovely, and the Argentinian chorizo was honestly one of the best chorizo I've had. Not very spicy, served with perfectly toasted focaccia and roasted vegetables. We also loved the pickled eggplant that came with it. They brought out complimentary toast and spread when we first arrived too which was so sweet. So happy we stopped here
