We ordered the omelette caprese, fruit plate, açaí bowls, and a breakfast bowl. **The açaí was the best I've had in Tulum.** The açaí was so light and fresh, with a pure açaí base, not blended with yogurt or juice like most places. Adding a side of granola made it perfect. The fruit plate was great because you could mix everything into the açaí and my friends really liked the breakfast bowl and omelette. Ok, so before we head out of Tulum. It's only proper that we have a sit down breakfast while we wait for our shuttle back to Cancun. Which brings us to the front of our hotel. Welcome to Frescos. Lets get to the food shall we. Vegan Bowl - Once again, I can't reiterate enough to how partial I am to vegetarian dishes. All of the veggies from the Cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli, carrots all the way to the shallots had perfect texture and char. The mushroom is on point and the quinoa is a perfect supporting role. 8.9/10 The service was very prompt and intuitive. The atmosphere was nice and chill and I would definitely recommend. I went here every single morning on my trip. It was a mile away from out hotel and we walked there and back each morning. The last morning I went solo. The staff at Fresco's is so welcoming and service is fast. The food is so freaking fresh and good. They give you a few pieces of bread with fresh peanut butter and jam after you are seated. I ordered tea each morning and the ginger tea with honey and lemon juice is really good. I had the yogurt and berries bowl twice. it's really good. Make sure you mix it from the bottom because that is where the berries are. Each day I ordered the Roasted Broccoli with Eggs bowl. It's so fresh and tasty. My friend had the Salmon Avocado toast and she said really enjoyed it. When I come back to Tulum I will repeat the same morning routine and always visit Fresco's. Came for happy hour drinks. They were expensive but since they were 2 got one it was ok. Stayed for the food. Wait staff attentive and made sure we were asked if we wanted another before the 2 for 1 ended. We got the salad with chicken which was fresh and good and the shrimp quesadillas. Frescos breakfast came included in our hotel stay at The Beach Tulum. Everything we had was delicious. We got a smoothie, a coffee drink and breakfast item and everything we got each day was amazing. More importantly the service was fantastic! Surprisingly the bugs weren't too bad but I do recommend bug spray anywhere you go in Tulum if you're type o+ blood. Had our final breakfast meal in tulum here! I got the salmon toast and my husband got the avocados toast and both were sooooo good. The peppers on the avocado toast are super moist and tender and there was just enough salmon and avocado on the salmon toast. We would definately come back! Delicious! read more

Luis Molina and Felipe were the best waiters in my opinion. They treated us like family and not clients. They were so knowledgeable with the menu. The food at Frescos is just like their name FRESH. The sea food was amazing. Fruits and vegetables were so delicious. Their drinks both non and alcoholic were so good. I recommended this place due to their price point also. Stayed at Cabañas hotel and got breakfast at Fresco's every day. The food is absolutely fantastic, fresh and healthy. I had egg chilaquiles and coffee. The chilaquiles were very good, with excellent sauce and the perfect texture. The coffee was EXCELLENT, which is a big plus for a breakfast restaurant. I love Fresco's! We were first turned on to Fresco's via the welcome drinks we received when checking into Cabanas Tulum. Let me tell you, this green frozen drink is delicious and with some tequila added - even tastier. Obviously from the name - their menu is with entirely fresh ingredients. They make some incredible juices and smoothies. Will even make your own combination of fruits if you wish. We were fans of just a basic banana, orange smoothie - so refreshing! When I was researching restaurants to go to in Tulun, Frescos kept coming up. Because of such great reviews, I knew I wanted to give them a try. I went for breakfast an had the bacon apple toast. It was amazing! Its 6am as I'm writing this an I wish I was back in Tulum because I would get this right NOW! I arrived right when they opened at 7am. The setting is so quiet an peaceful. Its shady with all the large coconut an palm trees surrounding you. It's nice to people watch as they jog by. The floor is actually sand an they rake it making a cool design. The staff is friendly as well. I enjoyed it so much I went again for breakfast on my last day an had the coconut pancakes with White pear ginger tea. Mmmmm, so good! Frescos even has a book shelf full of books to read. Its further inside the restaurant an I discovered that on my last visit. The tea was devine an I made sure to get the name of the website so I can order when I get home. I will also attempt to make the apple bacon toast at home too. Theres a small sandy parking lot right across the street an arriving early made finding a spot super easy! I did also try a cucumber mint detox water. It was disgusting!!! I had to hold my breath just to get it down. Would not recommend. But the tea was phenomenal! If your a tea drinking like me, you'll definitely love it! read more

We were staying at Cabanas Tulum, and Fresco's is in the entrance to the hotel just by the reception desk. The staff at Fresco's at great! Jacob in particular was wonderful! Fresco's doesn't cook food, so they offer mostly light, simple food: smoothies, aguas frutas, detox waters, toasts, a sandwich or two. We ate at Fresco's for breakfast a couple of times, and it's nice to sit at the little tables or the bar stools with your feet in the sand. The smoothies and detox waters were great!
