I've been to this salon twice and the first time was great. I was impressed by the amount of color choices they had available & it was the top rated salon in the area so I had high expectations. I opted for clear gel nails with a French tip and it turned out beautiful. It was on the higher price range ($75+ for gel manicure w/ French tip & chrome) but I thought she did a good job, so I decided to come back. Second time around I came back to get a fresh gel coat but my experience was different. The technician was very kind (I want to emphasize she was very kind & apologetic) but seemed distracted. She used the acrylic sanding tool to shave off my gel and continued to file my nail down THIN. She was having conversation with a co-worker that she didn't realize she cut a pretty decent chunk of my cuticle off as well. It was non-stop bleeding and while she was very apologetic, but truthfully it was painful and continued to reopen for the next week. Well it's been about 2 weeks and I decided to try a different salon. After removing my gel we saw the damage that was done. My nails were filed down so thin that the manicurist recommended that I don't do anything to my nails and let them heal. My nails don't even look like nails, they look like shaved damaged cardboard. They have indents so deep that cannot be buffered. The manicurist was unable to remove all of the gel because my nail bed was so thin it grew apart of my nail. I'm so upset. I'm not one to write negative reviews but this isn't okay.

I came here on March 6th to get my nails done for my birthday. I didn't want anything crazy, just regular gel polish. It hasn't even been a full week and my nail polish is chipping. It's extremely disappointing, especially because the rating are so high and because I paid a pretty penny for their services. Not to mention my cuticles are now peeling after receiving their manicure. Very disappointed :(

This place is amazing! Everyone here is so nice and so on top of everything. I LOVE ROSA!! The quality of my nails last so long with me taking proper care of them. Their furniture and walls are super pretty and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place since everything is done with care.

I think I just found my new nail salon - well, nail artist. I recently moved from the OC to Temecula and have been trying to find a good nail artist here. I've been here twice and both times everyone was super friendly. The first time I was paired with Mimi for my nails. She did such a great job that I had to schedule with her again. My mom is a nail artist in Brea so I'm very particular on how I like my nails done. Mimi is extremely meticulous and can do a lot of different nail art/designs. I'm pretty simple when it comes to design, but now that I know how skilled she is, I'd be willing to venture out to try other styles. I had a late afternoon appointment the other day and Mimi was so kind and stayed late to finish up my nails. She never once rushed with my nails nor did I feel like I was being rushed. Thanks again, Mimi! The salon is fairly big and they do offer refreshments. I'm not picky with my pedicures, but the pedicure I received by the other nail artist (I forgot her name) was also good.

Hugo helps with my gelX I appreciate his thoughtfulness while I am sitting there, such as him helping me charge my phone when he realized my phone died mid conversation without me asking and color matching feedback cause I can be color blind when it comes to my nails. I like medium to long almond shape. I keep it simple but he shared he can do other designs which I will try another time.

Saturday, 10-12-2024: My talons were in bad need of a pedicure. I made an appointment for the deluxe spa pedicure for $60 with Mya. It was so nice and relaxing and I was given a complimentary drink. The salon is so bright and clean and I love coming here. Their massage chair is comforting and makes me feel so calm! Mya is so sweet & did a fantastic job on my toenails. I can now proudly don sandals & slippers. It now matches my slick looking fingernails. Thank you Mya !

I moved up to Temecula from San Diego at the end of May and have been looking since then for a good nail salon. I get regular gel manicures with an almond shape and it took me since May to find a good salon that does that. I've been to Canny a few times already for gel pedicures & gel manicures and each time has been amazing. Everyone is so nice and very attentive. Rosa is AMAZING and did my nails perfectly. I took my friend for a pedicure. We both were cut. The two men were talking in their language and laughing at us. Felt extremely uncomfortable. We picked the middle package and did not get offered anything to drink which it was supposed to be included. It was a rush, rush job. The worst pedicure ever received. Need to literally get it redone because it was horrible . At the same time, I was going to get a manicure until the lady set up her board and brought me dirty equipment that I questioned her about. She seemed annoyed and went back and brought back clean nail files while talking to all her coworkers in a foreign language. I do not like the way we were treated and I will never go back to this place. I don't appreciate being cut and the owner only offering $10 off. This place deserves zero stars in my opinion. No one there speaks English and it's super hard to communicate. Literally they don't even understand what you're trying to tell them. Complete waste of money and time. Their equipment is dirty. read more

vibe was awesom, it was quiet and very clean. I got the basic manicure pedicure. They did an excellent PAINT job. I feel like they could've done a little bit more work (scrubbing) just kind of moved the file around my feet. When I got my manicure they rubbed my lower arms just a little bit and didn't even hit my hands at all with the lotion, barely legs. ok... also, I purchased callus remover, which I normally get in for some weird reason I was experiencing some sort of chemical burn. And only would they not refund me my money but they were talk to a different lady about it. I feel like she should've come to me I didn't want to cause a scene or anything so I paid for it but I do have a little blisters on the insides of my heels. read more

Unfortunately had the worst pedicure ever. I was very excited to treat myself and try a new salon. Very disappointed in the service and tech. The full time of the pedicure only lasted about 25 mins total. A typical pedicure should last 45 mins to an hour. She was also on the phone with someone the entire time using an ear bud and speaking under her breath to them. read more

I have looked all over Temecula for a nail salon I absolutely love . It has to be clean, sterile instruments, have attention to detail, not rush the service, adhere to appt times, and not damage my nails. Also being able to shape nails beautifully and not too thick. I looked on yelp and saw this was a new salon close to me. The location is great. The salon is beautiful. I went in with high expectations as I have been to other places like Nailural Nail and InStyle Nails. Rosa, the owner, was my nail technician. She was amazing and she is also certified as a nail shape artist. I get the hard gel-X. She did a fill on other salon's work and was totally fine doing it. I am new to the almond shape and always have them short for work. Some salons have told me I have big nail beds and they can't do short almond. The nails were not thick at all!!! They don't trim cuticles with the hard gel X fill and I miss that bc I have fast growing cuticles . But for $10 they do the Russian manicure cuticle trim which has been the most in depth cuticle trim ever . No damage and blown amazing how clean they look (like the nails you see on tik tok). I have been going back ever since. I get complemented on my nails which I never have before . I can't say good enough things. Their appt system online is super easy but you can also call or text them. They don't carry Opi nail color .. and have some DND ones so there is an off brand so if you find a color you like off tik tok they can match it. These are my chocolate glazed nails. 10/10 would recommend . They also have an atm, accept Zelle , Apple Pay , or cash which is great. read more

I'm visiting family and decided to pop in for a gel full set and gel pedicure. I didn't get the name of the nice lady who did my pedicure but Christine did my nails. Christine knew what color I was looking for when I didn't and she picked out this burgundy wine. Getting my nails done is not a regular thing for me and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had a great visit the first time when I got a fill. I had scheduled online with no issues. The second time I came in I scheduled with the same person but staff told me I was going to get my pedicure with someone else because the original person I scheduled with would not be ready for one hour! Trying to schedule appointments online is easier if the staff actually looked at it, but it doesn't sound like they honor it. Especially as they get busier since this is a new salon. If you would like to try it out and know who you want to see I'd call and schedule an appointment instead of doing it online. read more

My chick wanted me to get one. I felt bad because I never have one and I'm 44 with gnarly callouses and they have to deal with it. They were pros and my feet are soft af. Rose at Canny Nails is attentive, polite and always listens to what you want. There isn't a design I have shown her that she hasn't mastered and sometimes on the spot. Her shape work is amazing. If you are in Temecula area, Canny Nails & Spa is very new in the neighborhood. The place is very clean and has an elegant appearance. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I had a fill and gel. Their prices are similar to other nail salons that are in the area but you would not think so because of how the atmosphere looks. Mya had worked on my nails and she did an excellent job because she did exactly what I wanted. She also does great nail deigns. Mya really put heart on my nails. Mya is off on Sundays. read more

I needed it! Long over due. We found a nail salon close by and Forest Nails was it. Compared to the other nail salons in the area, Forest stayed open later. They close at 8pm. The other nail salons close at 7pm. So that is why we went with this place. Our pedicures both came out good. I love my gel pedicure. And my feet are happy too! :)

absolutely amazing down to the very last detail! i booked an appointment for my mom and i to get full sets and pedicures at canny's based on the reviews i had seen (which were glowing). Canny's lived up to them and then some! from the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming and friendly. the shop is very new, up to date, clean, and comfortable. they offered us water, soda, green tea, and coffee (hot & iced ). everyone was so kind and caring and accommodating, i've never had such a great experience.
