Loved this store a couple months ago it was my go to and live in corona, now it's not even worth the drive...

I would give it zero stars but it's not an option... I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now... this location has a point system every 20 dollars is 1 point... I came to this location 6/20/23 at 2:02pm usted a 5 dollar store coupon, I had 11 points towards my next visit when I came the next time around the lady tells me I have no points, come to find out Valerie A usted my point on 6/2/2023 only 2 mins after I was there with the store coupon... so now i know that their own employees steal points from costumers... I have never experienced service like this! It's garbage!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! Unless u want to lose money!!!! Also when I asked for the manager they said they don't have one because he's in China! Like wtf hires u then??? Lmaooo you guys are a joke!!! Please don't give this place a chance!!

My boyfriend went in and asked for an 8th of their best indica and got 1.2 worth of straight stems and when he tried to exchange it and they said no they don't do exchanges! They disappointed us and we will not be returning !

She proceeded to tell me that I can not return or exchange my product, because she felt that the cart was not sticky enough to be returned. I felt like i was just being rushed to leave just because I had interrupted her breast feeding times. So, choose wisely on which times you go and what items you purchase because you could walk out disappointed in the customer service, and product. Which when a person who struggles with OCD a sticky feeling can bother them a lot and instead of being helpful I was just told no, I was told that I have to come back within seven days and may or may not give me an exchange because it's depends on their discretion.

We have been to many dispensaries locally, in Palm Springs, as well as LA, and now we have visited all three dispensaries next to each other on Harley Knox Blvd. Canna Cloud is the hands-down winner on so many fronts. From the moment we entered and signed in, the hospitality started, our driver's licenses were surrendered and the process was explained to us. Our bud tender, Danny (?) clearly knew her products and was able to suggest choices that fit our needs. There was a wide variety of flower, vapes, edibles, etc. An outside rep from Cru was also there and was able to clarify the process used in creating his vape products, thus reassuring us that the end result was safe and unadulterated. He also gave us a cool swag bag. The current discount being offered was very generous and saved us some serious cash. The attached lounge was very nice and we met some wonderful patients and other employees there. All in all, this is going to be our new go-to place. It is professionally and legally run, has a wide range of products and personnel who are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dispensary. read more

First month was good. Then things went down. Chinese guy in charge really thinks himself a gangster. I stoped going there after they said they fired the manager for stealing. I knew it was a lie. The guy ran after my car one time because I got short changed by one of the bud tenders. Gave me $20 back after catching up to me at a stoplight. He was amazing! Now it feels like the hood.
