Anyway I've never been treated badly here and I'm not saying that other people haven't but at the same time I've had great service because I'm very respectful and I appreciate having a good smoke shop nearby. Having done said all that I personally have had the experience where they didn't have something that I wanted so I asked the counter person if they can order it and sure enough they did so as a customer it made me feel important to them. I'm not going to say that one of the employees didn't catch an attitude with me though but it really doesn't matter to me because I told her what I needed to tell her I don't really care how she felt about it I didn't say anything wrong to her but she definitely got upset with me. The customer service could definitely improve but overall I think it's a decent smoke shop and they don't deserve such bad ratings.
