Let me start off by saying this is a store like any other store if you need to buy something buy it and go if it's overpriced don't buy it and you can leave without buying anything pretty simple right? Anyway I've never been treated badly here and I'm not saying that other people haven't but at the same time I've had great service because I'm very respectful and I appreciate having a good smoke shop nearby. Having done said all that I personally have had the experience where they didn't have something that I wanted so I asked the counter person if they can order it and sure enough they did so as a customer it made me feel important to them. I'm not going to say that one of the employees didn't catch an attitude with me though but it really doesn't matter to me because I told her what I needed to tell her I don't really care how she felt about it I didn't say anything wrong to her but she definitely got upset with me. The customer service could definitely improve but overall I think it's a decent smoke shop and they don't deserve such bad ratings. This is a local neighborhood smoke shop so if you give them bad marks and bad ratings and nobody goes there where are you crack heads going to go to get your cigarettes and your pipes? The girl on duty today 9/24/25 has the worst customer service and a very bad attitude. she was asleep with a back in 10 minutes sign on door. she open the door for 30 minutes. There was at least ten people waiting and she had a bad attitude with everyone. I told her that she had everyone waiting and giving us a bad attitude wasn't cool. we waited and everyone was still polite just to be treated with just a nasty attitude. She told me don't come back again if I don't like her attitude. She should not be work in customer service. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone in the area. Find another smoke shop. read more

Went in for a vape charger. The guy tells me my vaps doesn't fit, so I go elsewhere. I spend about 45 minutes driving around moreno valley looking for the charger, when I finally get to a place that has one that fits, it's the EXACT same charger that the guy said didn't work. Due to customer loyalty, I decided to head back here to buy the part that the guy told me didn't fit my vape. After explaining the ordeal his misinformation and lack of knowledge on smoking accessories caused, I mentioned a possibility of a discount. The guy said NO and basically called me a cheapskate. Me and my bf come here every f*cking day, that's some bull sh1t. Please consider this advice: GET YOUR SH1T TOGETHER AND OWN UP TO IT WHEN YOU WASTE A CUSTOMERS TIME. Thank you. read more

This shop has a decent selection but is insanely over priced!! And the owner had an attitude! A small grinder was $34... $34!! You're better off going to the smoke shop off of Moreno Beach- friendly and affordable! And the owner and employees are very kind and knowledgeable! read more

One stop shop for everything especially if your the smoker on a budget, from Nat Sherman's ,Cloves and Wraps and papers and yes even Vape Mod clones such as the cherry bomb and 18650 batterys get your Atlantis wicks here also Attomizers. They just need to step up on getting ELiquids from local Cali Brewers all in all The Best smoke shop for about a 5 mile radius. Clean and upscale not like those Garage smoke shops. read more

Best smoke shop ever enough said. Only had one bad visit there with a white male employee there cool guy knows his stuff by the way.long story story I went in there a couple days before the indecent bought some coals for my hookah was talking to him went my way and they came back 3 days later to buy some shisha he say hey like he remembers me went to pay he asked for id and didn't have it. I honestly left my license at home so I was like hey I came in the other day we were talking you know me I can legally purchase this item he sad sorry no id I can't sell it to you. Keep in mind I was 20 at the time I look older than I am I ended up have to get my girlfriend who is almost legally a midget and looks like she is 14(she was 18 at the time) buy it for me. Came in a week after same guy bought I don't remember what he said hey like he remembers me and this time doesn't even id me.
