I finally make it inside this location. I've ordered about 3 times from DoorDash in the past 3 weeks, and I usually order the Lemonade 4-pack, which is a great deal. I've also tried the Mangonade, blended strawberry lemonade, salted pretzel, and grilled cheese sandwich. All of which are pretty good, the packaging is so cute when it's delivered, and the bags are cute, too. This time I just ordered the blended strawberry lemonade, but there are so many selections that I couldn't decide what I wanted, so I settled for my usual lol. Inside is small with about 5 tables with 3-4 chairs at each. But everything is clean, and the staff is helpful when you come in, if you want to order with them or on the tablet. Nice local spot. Place if you wanna satisfy a sweet tooth. Way too sweet and indulgent for me, but my daughter realized enjoyed and asked to go back a few times. Second visit to Candy Cloud, we ordered the pretzel nuggets, grilled cheese and two soft serve drinks: Dirt Pie shake and a create your own soft serve, but didn't add anything to it because my daughter just wanted a vanilla shake - however, we received vanilla soft serve in a cup. The two food "bites" tasted great - the grilled cheese is served on brioche bread and was so soft! The Dirt Pie shake tasted light and not overly indulgent. We enjoyed our experience! Cute boba / drink cafe! There are PLENTY of non-traditional drinks to choose from -- several add-on options too! We chose to test our taste buds by ordering the strawberry matcha tea (oat milk sub), mangonade w/ boba, and the brown sugar boba tea. The strawberry matcha was subpar but the mangonade was KICKING. I do appreciate that they have an option where you can choose the amount of ice you want, but I do wish that they had options for folks who like LESS sugar. I asked an employee and she said it was all premade and unfortunately no way to decrease the amount of sugar. I really like the ambiance of the space -- very LIT & inviting, though it's not super spacey. Definitely a grab and go place, imho. You order at a kiosk so don't keep waiting in line thinking a human will take your order. The prices are pretty similar to other boba drink places, maybe slightly higher depending on the drink. Been wanting to try this place because my daughter and I are boba addicts. We finally got to go today. It's quite a drive from my house, but it was worth it. It's a cute little shop and they have kiosks where you can build your own drink. They were out of regular boba which was a bummer, but we were there kinda late. We were greeted but the girls making drinks did not come to front to take our order so we just ordered on the kiosk. The drinks were so good!! The place is small with a few tables but I think it's more of a to go atmosphere. it's easy self ordering and the drinks are made fresh. We had very little interaction with the staff, which seems to be the self service concept they advertise. I have no complaints just a unique business model. The concept is nice. Have coffee made and canned for you to enjoy either right away or save for later. The flavors included many options. The price was expensive because everything had an additional price. There were a couple things that were needs for improvements: We went in and asked the employee questions about different drinks and she told us it would be better to order from the kiosk as flavors will be explained. So they had live help there but they didn't know the products. The ice cream machine didn't operate till they were open almost two hours. They should have that ready for their ice cream drink options. The grill cheese was not very flavorful. We got two options and didn't finish them because they were flavorless. We believe a woman who came in was the owner as she was inspecting the employees work. She just looked at all the patrons and said nothing... no hello, no smile and even employees didn't welcome us in. Bad vibe for people that spent about $60 at her shop. I don't usually write negative reviews but in this day and age where there are coffee places every couple strip malls, this place was a one and done for me for many reasons. Over Priced!!!! Taste Not Good At All! My daughter ordered 4 different ones. Ice cream had no taste! Mostly ice cream and very little cake. The container it comes in not good. Was difficult to get out of this container. You have to let it sit for a while before you can eat. And then when you do there was not much taste! Candy Cloud is very small and typically very packed, if you come during their busiest hours there will be nowhere to sit and you will be squished next to others standing waiting for your order. In my experience, the employees have always been very kind despite rushes and last week when we came, their self serve kiosk was out and a very nice lady taking all the orders answered our questions about their ube! I wouldn't recommend getting the soft serve, we got the Birthday Cake and the Blueberry Donut and they were solid 5/10s, very mediocre and kind of bland. They were melted by the time we got in the car. However, all of the coffees and matcha we have tried have been so good!! We've tried the banana bread, strawberry matcha, regular matcha and the mocha coffee and they were all amazing. Their strawberry matcha is so good, I would definitely recommend if you want a sweeter matcha, as their regular is a little unsweetened. read more

I was just here August 12 Tuesday at 8:20 PM. I ordered a drink and added sparkling water as soon as you walk in this worker is just giving me the dirtiest look ever. She's wearing a lot of makeup on a low ponytail with a hat. and she just keeps on staring at me while I'm ordering and then my drink comes out she hand it to me doesn't say anything.
