The price to trim the entire large tree in front of my house was comparable to other estimates but he also offered to take the branches we have left on the side of our yard and fix the shotty job we did on our smaller tree. I think with the extras, the price was great and I needed it done soon so I scheduled a trim on Saturday. The team came at 1:00pm, confirmed what we wanted and they were finished by 4:30pm. Messaged him through yelp and he reached out within the same day and out to quote the next. Was willing to start 3 days later but due to weather we started a week later. 16 trees plus stump removal, was able to do 14 out of 16 all in one day! Wow such hard workers. They will have to come back to do the remaining 2 due to needing permits but they have a guy working with city, so we don't have to worry about a thing. Wish I took some before pictures because you would have never know trees were there by the pictures.

On 12/12, he texted at 2:45 me to say that they were not coming because they were held up at a job. I texted him back to ask when they could come. No response. On 12/13, I texted yet again to inquire about when they could come. Again, no response. On 12/15, I texted a THIRD time. STILL no response. I would think twice before hiring A J Tree Service. Friendly and responsive until they get your money then ghosts you. BAD business practice!
