She is warm, inviting, and you could talk to her for hours. My skin has had some major improvements. I'm now in my mid 30's and noticed some super dry cheeks but the cold laser along with the products have brought moisture back. This was the first time I didn't feel the need to go home and wash all the product on my face. Rather, I could carry out my day and attend to my errands. In the past, no matter where I went to get facials or extractions done, my face would be red, blotchy, and oily! The days following, my skin got even better. It was glowing from within, there were no breakouts, my existing blemishes were diminished, my fine lines started to soften, and I wasn't as oily. For your reference, I have sensitive, oily, and acne prone skin. One session really addressed all my skin issues. Because of this, I actually planned out all my facial sessions within a 6 month time period before my wedding. My skin was in its best condition it could ever be in and I couldn't be any happier with the investment and trust I have in Vivian's services. Let's talk about Vivian. She is such a warm and personable person that really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She is very thorough and explains each of the steps as she's doing the CLF. I've recommended a lot of my friends and clients to her and the ones that end up going, absolutely love it!

The service was very professional. I did like that she inspected everythign thoroughly before start and took the time to explain why skin tags develop and also what the procedure steps will be along with the medical compounds involved in removal and post-removal care. The procedure took about 1 hr, was very fast and with little or no pain. It's been 2 weeks since and the black spots left by the procedure have fallen and the scars healed very well, almost unnoticeable. I ma very happy and relieved to be able to do my regular maintenance and make-up routine without all those annoying and noticeable bumps on my neck and decoltee. Thank you Iryna, I will certainly revist you in the future and warmly recommend your services to those in need.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER…read more I went to my first appointment booked for 5:30pm. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go. Just a very AWFUL way to treat a customer on the first appointment!!

This is the worst spa* (this is not worthy to be called a spa) experience ever. Had the two hour…read moreluxurious spa package. Nothing luxurious at all. It was the most uncomfortable massage table and the roughest facial for my face. Came here with a groupon. First they leave you in the room to undress, no robe, no slippers and no instructions. So if you like walking in a strange place with no shoes, this place is for you. And if you like not having a robe... it's uncomfortable. Full body massage was some random spot treatment massage. The massage was 1/3 of the time under the blanket. So weird. They finally used oil but only massaged the back. Wtf? No foot, no front massage. Full body scrub was a back scrub. They don't wipe off the excess scrub. The worst facial ever. It was so rough, for sure causing wrinkles and breaking capillaries. That's not what you want when you get a facial. Steam was on while wiping the face roughly, so no actual steaming happened. They did not remove blackhead or whitehead. They put lotion or whatever else on top of your eyelid so when I opened my eyes, whatever was on my skin went in my eyes. I could not even see after the treatment. My eyes were blurry. I complained. I had to sit in my car, in the cold, waiting for some semblance of continuous non-blurry vision in order to drive. Even while driving, moments of blurriness as I blinked came and went. Do not go here for a spa experience. Go here if you want to have a non relaxing time and have your body maltreated and wanting a real massage and facial. Also, co-workers knocked on the door and they talk to each other during your so called luxury spa treatment. I tipped anyway, but if there was ever a time to leave a paltry tip because you had the most horrible, unsatisfactory, misleading, maltreatment of your body which caused physical harm, this would be it. But, I tipped only for customary purposes and even then, I absolutely regret it because it was horrible here.
