First of all, Tho is professional and she knows her stuffs, she is very focused when she does the strokes, and she explains the procedures very well. I have followed her IG for a long time (and also other artists) and I found that her work has the best details, and at the same time she totally understands that each person's facial characteristics are distinct and you cannot just have one fit for all. She takes her time to make sure that the shape you are going for is the one that's most suitable for you, not just "stamping" the most popular shape on your face regardless if it works on you or not (which I have observed in some other artists' work....unfortunately). Secondly, Tho has a fun and warm personality that just makes the whole experience easy, and that's pretty important for first timers. I was quite nervous before I went in but she chatted with me to distract me and explained the procedure patiently so that really made my experience so much calmer and relaxing. Lastly, the shop is clean and cute, location is great, the only downside if I absolutely have to pick one would be that I wish there would be easier parking around.
