Professionalism: 5/5 During my first appointment, Lina was very thorough on what was to be expected - she said it would be like fine cat scratches, uncomfortable but not painful - tbh I fell asleep during the procedure. She mapped my face, and than used an app to show me all the angles matching up to the shape she drew out. At the end she gave me an after care package - with chocolate in it! Nice touch Her work speaks for itself, she is very experienced and doesn't do what's trendy- she does it all based on your face structure and current brows. Experience: 5/5 Immediately after my first appointment she booked my touch up appointment which was 8 weeks. My brows healed great- no scabbing thanks to her after care package. During my next appointment she displayed the same level of professionalism. This time- my skin was a bit more sensitive due to the time of the month, and she would continuously ask if the pain was okay. She's EXTREMLY talented, and I highly recommend going to her! I also didn't get aftercare instructions. I got them waxed at 10am and this pic was taken at 8pm. My skin is sore and red. Some say it is normal and others tell me that the wax was too hot that's why my skin was ripped. Looked nice though before the pain and redness kicked in. Hope it doesn't get infected!!
