First of all, Tho is professional and she knows her stuffs, she is very focused when she does the strokes, and she explains the procedures very well. I have followed her IG for a long time (and also other artists) and I found that her work has the best details, and at the same time she totally understands that each person's facial characteristics are distinct and you cannot just have one fit for all. She takes her time to make sure that the shape you are going for is the one that's most suitable for you, not just "stamping" the most popular shape on your face regardless if it works on you or not (which I have observed in some other artists' work....unfortunately). Secondly, Tho has a fun and warm personality that just makes the whole experience easy, and that's pretty important for first timers. I had a few laser treatments and the sun spots are gone but now I have white spots where the sun spots were. One large very noticeable one on the side of my cheek. The pigment was removed by the laser maybe due to high temperature. I think the sun spots blended in more with my skin. A dermatologist said I have hypopigmentation and it may or may not go away. Time will tell. It's been 6 months and they are still there. If I get a tan on my face, the hypopigmentation does not tan.Hoping it will go away with time.

I've suffered from rosacea for the past couple of years, with extreme redness, as well as blotchy and bumpy texture on one side of my face (cheek) and forehead. I've tried so many different treatments at other spas/salons, but nothing has compared to the results I've received at Redwood. In fact, after my last session, my skin looked so good that I thought the technician had applied foundation to my skin. I was assured that this was possible however when the owner of the salon was finished they were very dark brown and eventually turned green! When I returned to complain the owner told me she could repair but would charge me an additional $150. for the service. Feeling I had no choice I agreed however months later my brows are even more green. I have consulted laser removal and am currently paying $300 for treatments but with little change in the color.
