I'm not comfortable with telephones but was able to make an appointment by emailing Lauren. She was able to fit me in on the day I needed. Lauren was great! She makes you feel comfortable while doing your makeup. And the makeup was amazing! I needed something natural and she was able to do it. It looked good on in person and looked even better on camera. When she was done, she asked if I would like anything changed or added but it was perfect just the way it was. The price is $65 for makeup but compared to the $80 I paid somewhere else last time, it was a great price. I would definitely go back if I wanted my makeup done.

Heidi did an amazing job with my lip blush. The overall process took about 3 hours. This includes…read moreboth the in depth consultation and the actual lip blushing. Heidi made sure to explain the process fully and carefully created the colour that I was looking to achieve. To help her with the colour I had in mind, I brought the lip tint that I normally used. She then crafted the colour with her pigments and ensured that I was happy with the colour prior to applying it. Keeping in mind that everyone's pain tolerance level is different, I did not feel uncomfortable or in pain during the actual process (numbing cream was used before the process begun). Heidi made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire lip blushing process. Upon completion, she thoroughly explained the healing and aftercare process. Again, keeping in mind that everyone's skin will react differently, my lips were pretty swollen after. However, as advised by Heidi, the swelling subsided after 2 days and the whole healing process took about 6 days for all the scabs to come off. Thank you Heidi for doing such a wonderful job!

While browsing places to get microblading done for my mom, I came across Oh My Lash and Brow on Yelp. What stood out the most, were the before and after pictures of Heidi's previous clientele. Add in the $250 for $450 voucher and the relative close distance to my house, and I was sold. Next, it was easy calling in and making an appointment for the next day; and Heidi gave useful directions over the phone, for getting to her unit number within the plaza - she is located on the second floor; & once you get up the stairs, there are large signs above each door in the hallway letting you know of which business is which. The overall process took about 3 hours, with the majority of the time being spent on the pre-procedure tasks including: initial information session on microblading, consultation, and sketching of the eyebrows. My mother is a very picky woman so they had to be perfect before we could move on haha - I appreciate Heidi's patience. The actual procedure took anywhere from 30-60 minutes and a lot of numbing agent is applied to the area before and during the procedure to eliminate any pain sensations. Heidi also continually checked in with my mom asking her if she was ok and/or feeling any pain. Another great point to mention was Heidi's obvious knowledge and experience performing this procedure. She gave us plenty of information in the beginning regarding risks, signs of infection to look for following the procedure, and she was sure to explain the sterility of the microblading tools she would be using. [Cool to note that she even staples the freshly opened package to each client's consult form.] With my mom and I both being nurses, we were very happy to see that detail and attention were put into the health safety of the procedure, which involves needles and the breakage of skin, therefore carrying a high potential of transmission of infections. Overall, my mom and I were very happy with the results, the entire process and this wonderful microblading experience with Heidi. She gifted us with another voucher to help spread the word and I will definitely be sure to pass it to a friend. It is well worth the time and money spent! I don't like needles but Pierre is very professional, he assured everything is well taken care off. After applying a numbing cream, I felt better and less pain. Am loving my eyebrows since day one from my first visit. They are actually better than I've drawn them by myself. I don't bother to fill in my brows anymore. My friends can't tell I have my eyebrows microbladed so they do not look unnatural in any way. I love my eyebrows and continue to upkeep even though it's a couple of hundred dollars each visit. The best investment of my appearance forever.

The people would greet me and ask me if I would like to have a cup of tea, water or coffee. I later went into the washroom and the washroom was also very clean which is very important as a customer! When sunny was doing my eyelashes I can already tell that she was a professional! I wish that I was awake a bit longer in the beginning, however she did my eyelashes so gently that I even fell asleep like a baby. When I woke up an hour and a half later she was already done, which is very fast compared to the other places that I have been to. Convenient location, clean and modern. I love the look of my brows but my skin is torn and it…read moreburns. It was my first time getting waxed. She was quick but didn't ask anything about my skin. I also didn't get aftercare instructions. I got them waxed at 10am and this pic was taken at 8pm. My skin is sore and red. Some say it is normal and others tell me that the wax was too hot that's why my skin was ripped. Looked nice though before the pain and redness kicked in. Hope it doesn't get infected!!
