I did like that she inspected everythign thoroughly before start and took the time to explain why skin tags develop and also what the procedure steps will be along with the medical compounds involved in removal and post-removal care. The procedure took about 1 hr, was very fast and with little or no pain. It's been 2 weeks since and the black spots left by the procedure have fallen and the scars healed very well, almost unnoticeable.
