After I sat down, my barber, Amed, worked patiently with me to get the most ideal side part I was looking for. The way he trimmed the top of my hair was extremely precise & surgical, to ensure the lengths were even - I loved that. The whole service also came with hair wash, shampoo, conditioning and styling after. Amed's styling technique was quite impressive, too, to say the least. Although it was the first time seeing him, it seemed like he knew how to deal with my super tough & curly hair for ages. The price was also extremely reasonable, and the taper, fade, haircut, styling, and customer service were superlative. I will be back very often. Next time I'll come for the beard trim too. 5/5. Since it was the first one, I thought that probably I would have to fill in some forms and I decided to arrive earlier at 5:15pm. When I arrived, the office was closed with a post-it on the door mentioning "I will come back at 5:45pm". I thought it was weird if my appointment was at 5:30pm but I decided to wait. The office is at the second floor on a building with no AC at the hallways and I did have a face mask so it was very annoying due to the hot. Then, at 5:40pm another client came and told me she did have an appointment at 5:45pm. So, when I explained to her than I had been waiting for a while she called the owner and she told her we were both there. This customer told me that she preferred calling her because the first time she went there the same thing happened to her and the owner had completely forgotten about her appointment as well. When the owner came back, she didn't even bother to apologize and she just asked the other lady to go inside instead of me who at that point had been waiting for more than 30 minutes! When I asked her about my appointment, she just told me what I was explaining was "impossible" because she did book my appointment for 6pm and that she went out at 5:30pm (seriously?! When she had done the same to the same other client on her first appointment as well? And when I had been there since 5:15pm?). In few words, after all the wait she just implied I was lying about the time of my appointment, as well as all the time I had been waiting there and she didn't even apologize. Just told me that because I did have to fill in some forms (almost at 6pm), the other customer was going first. I was VERY frustrated so I decided to find another place to go.
