She happily answered all my questions and assisted me by sharing the image of the location, storefront since they had moved to a new location band the signage was not up yet. It is located above Sparks Salon (shared entrance). She reassured me about the results and advised me to be consistent with the treatment for best results. I received a reminder for my appointment from Jennifer via email one day prior to my appointment. The consultation included filling details about medical history, skin type, consent form etc. The clinic and the treatment rooms are neat and tidy. The procedure is effecient, quick and does not require usage of gels. Cristina did the treatment for me. She is warm and welcoming. The hairs I have left are few and very fine even several months after treatment so I only need to shave once a week or even once a month(legs) to keep everything silky smooth. Now I only go for treatments every 6 months or so for general upkeep. Fariba is also very warm. welcoming and professional. She takes great care to make sure you're comfortable during treatments and is very flexible/accommodating with her schedule. I typically just send her a text message now to schedule an appointment which makes it's easy and hassle free.

I used to love going here. I never had many horrible experiences. However, last time I was there, I felt rushed and I was out in 10 minutes for an eyebrow appointment. Granted the lady did say she was quite busy with laser services. The manager reached out and I was quite apologetic as I did not want anyone to get into trouble for a review I left. After 5 weeks, I decided to return and unfortunately I was paired with the same lady like last time. Although extremely nice, I think there there needs to be a few more training sessions. She threaded my brows. When she did my right brow, it was fine. But my left, I felt a sharp pain many times but didn't think nothing of it other than my eyebrow hairs not wanting to leave my face. I left I was happy and my eye brows looked good. What I notice when I return home was trauma to my brow bone. Lots of trauma and blood and tender feeling. I ended up applying topical cream for the cuts. I do believe this will be my last session there.

I underwent a series of CO2 laser treatments, including fractional laser on my cheeks, for my icepick acne scars between 2022 and 2023. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. Despite spending over $6,000 on 6 sessions and additional mandatory treatment skincare products, the results did not meet expectations. This was extremely disheartening in the end, as the procedure itself was extremely painful, requiring a full week of downtime after each session. TREATMENT: During my treatments, I noticed inconsistencies in the care provided. While Ina, the technician responsible for most of my sessions, did take her time during less busy appointments, I noticed she would rush through sessions when her schedule was packed. Given that EACH session cost around $1,000 for 50 minutes of treatment time, I expected a more consistent level of care. I understand it's a business, but for the cost, a little more attention and respect to the patient should have been given... I strongly believe there is a chance that I did not get the results I was told by the staff I would get, because of the lack of attention actually given during the treatments. CUSTOMER SERVICE: After 3x initial sessions, I was advised in December 2022 to undergo an additional 3, with the clinic CONFIDENTLY promising me a 60% reduction in the appearance of my scars. Unfortunately, after completing all 6 sessions, I saw little to no improvement (less than 10%). Rather than addressing my concerns with empathy, Ina and the front desk staff attempted to sell me more sessions, which was disheartening, considering the financial and emotional investment I had already made. Overall, this experience gave me the impression that the clinic prioritizes profit over patient care. Considering the pain, time, and significant cost involved, I expected a higher standard of professionalism, bedside manner, and customer service. I strongly do NOT recommend this clinic, as it appears to focus more on profit than truly helping patients.

Considering my experience was over 5 months ago and I am still frustrated when I think of it, that means a lot!!!! Ms. Cruz did my nails and they turned out terrible!! She did not properly cut the cuticles and she rushed through the whole thing. When I brought up the cuticles to her, she became defencive. Considering I get a manicure every 2 weeks, my nails looked worse coming out of the salon then going in! Odd, eh?? I was leaving on vacation so I needed it done, but Ms. Cruz said she did not have time to fix it, continuing to be defencive. As my purchase was on-line through one of the deal vendors, I could not avoid paying her, as she already had my money! Clever. She knew this and made it clear she was not refunding me. At this point she didn't even give me the facial which was part of my deal. She told me to deal with the deal site, which I just do not have time to do. I went looking for a salon to get Shellac done - at around 7pm! I first stopped at the salon below Ms. Cruz's store at the back of the salon supply store. Unfortunately, they only do regular nail polish, but they giggled when I showed them my nails and asked if they think they are "done". That must mean something! I ended up going to another salon, just down Eglinton - Kozeta. They squeezed me in so I could have my spa treatment in before my vacation. When they saw the nail job Ms. Cruz did, they just shook their heads. I think what Ms. Cruz needs to learn is that it's not her "16 years experience" that matters. people make mistakes. It's the way you handle them. If you have that experience, you know when you do a terrible job. I felt treated like garbage by her, robbed of my money and a decent manicure and NO FACIAL at all. Unfortunately, I will have to be another "TERRIBLE" review in her 3 years of service that will need to be defended -much deserved.
